ORDER
Before the Board is an Extension of Provinsional Authority pending approval of the
Application for Certificate of Public Convenience to operate a Transport Network Vehicle Service
(TNVS) on the route within METRO MANILA including MUCEP AREA with the use of a ONE (1) unit/s
Board hereby resolves to GRANT the prayer for a PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY to operate a
TNVS in favor of the applicant , subject to the following:
C O N D I T I O N S:
1. Applicant WRIGHT G. ROA, shall operate under a PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY on the route within
METRO MANILA including MUCEP AREA with the use of ONE (1) unit/s , described hereunder to wit;

2. In the operation of the TNVS, the appilcant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the LTFRB
and all other laws and ordinances relative to the requirements for public land transport services.
3. The issuance of this PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY is without prejudice to the final disposition of the
main Application for the Issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience.
4. This PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY shall be carried at all times by the driver, when operating and shall
be valid only for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS counted from date hereof, unless revoked and
cancelled by the Board.
5. This PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY shall not authorize the Applicant to change the classification of the
above units from Private to For-Hire until the main Application is approved by the Board This
PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY shall not authorize the Applicant to change the classification of the above
