Rwandan landscape. As the CEO speaks, slowly zoom in on a rural village,
where a family gathers around a newly installed light bulb, illuminating their
faces with joy.

[INTERVIEW CLIP] CEO: Generating hydro-power clean energy solutions

was a great achievement and significant contribution to both the country and
region in general. However, if we stopped there, we would have left the
country with the heavy burden of distributing this energy to consumers. To
address this, we took a proactive approach by leveraging our subsidiary,
CEC, that specializes in construction and electromechanical engineering to
build the necessary infrastructure and ensure the efficient distribution of
energy to the consumers, without leaving it all on the country.

[INTERVIEW CLIP] CEC M.D: Discussing how they were Proud & happy to
participate and contribute to This great Adventure together with the sister
company energicotel despite challenges faced within this project as they
knew that this will contribute to their mother land and region for many years
ahead.

Narrator: Energicotel and CEC function as a powerful synergy, driving

Rwanda's energy revolution forward. ENERGICOTEL’ s focus on clean
hydropower generation, coupled with CEC's efficient distribution network, is
illuminating every corner of the country. This collaboration brings not just
light and power, but also opportunity, transforming lives and empowering
communities. Through their combined efforts, EPC Africa Group isn't just
powering Rwanda's present – they're building a sustainable energy future for
generations to come.

[NARRATOR] Reliable electricity is the lifeblood of modern industry. EPC

Africa Group recognizes this, and that's why they designed and built a
dedicated 30kV distribution line from the Camp Belge substation directly to
the Musanze Industrial Park. This ensures a steady supply of power for
businesses operating there, fostering economic growth and attracting new
investment.

[interview with industry Representative] Before EPC Africa Group

brought electricity to the park, we faced a constant fear of being unable to
operate efficiently. The lack of reliable power created significant challenges
and uncertainty. Now, thanks to the CEC electrification project, we can finally
run our business at full capacity. This stable power supply has been a game-
changer, attracting other investors to the park and creating a thriving
industrial environment.

Optimizing Distribution: (Nyabarongo substation upgrade)

[VISUAL] A split-screen: On one side, a technician meticulously upgrades a

upgrade of the Kirinda transformer. By increasing its capacity and integrating
it with the upgraded Nyabarongo substation network, this project ensures a
more robust and reliable power supply for the Kirinda area and surrounding
communities.

[interview with EDCL Representative]: "We are incredibly grateful to

CEC, a subsidiary of EPC Africa Group, for their exceptional work on these
crucial substation upgrades. Both the Nyabarongo and Kirinda projects
represent major leaps forward for energy production in Rwanda. The
upgraded capacity and new feeder lines will significantly improve efficiency
and reliability, allowing us to deliver more stable and consistent power to a
wider area. This is a critical step forward in achieving our national
electrification goals and ensuring a brighter future for Rwandans."

[NARRATOR] But EPC Africa Group's vision extends far beyond grand
infrastructure projects. They understand that true progress is measured by
the impact on everyday lives. Through initiatives like the Western Province
electrification project, thousands of previously remote households are now
bathed in the light of opportunity. Children can study late into the night,
businesses can operate longer hours, and families can enjoy the simple
pleasures of a well-lit home.

Empowering Communities: (The productive users)

[NARRATOR] EPC Africa Group isn't just illuminating homes; they're

empowering communities. The Productive Users project brings the life-
changing power of electricity to essential institutions in remote areas, such
as schools, health centers, and government offices. This ensures access to
quality education, improved healthcare services, and fosters local economic
development at the grassroots level.

[Interview with Hospital officials] Previously, the lack of reliable

electricity significantly restricted our ability to provide advanced medical
care. Essential equipment for laboratory analysis, machine diagnostics, and
scanners were often unusable. This limited our treatment options and
hindered our ability to attract the support of sponsors seeking reliable
healthcare facilities. However, thanks to CEC's exceptional work on the
electrification project, we now have a stable and dependable power supply.
This has been transformative. We can finally utilize advanced equipment,
perform a wider range of procedures, and offer a higher standard of care to
our patients. This reliable electricity has also boosted our credibility with
potential sponsors, paving the way for increased support and improved
patient outcomes.
