In this regard, the Concessionaire would like to submit the following: 1) As per Annex II of Schedule A of the Agreement, the width of Full Right of Way from Km. 419+000 to Km.427+300 is stipulated as 100m, However, the Authority, in the letter under Ref(3), has stated that the ROW from Km422.284 to Km.426.141 is 70m., which is less than the width (of 100m.) stipulated in Schedule A of the Agreement. Kindly clarify. 2) The Authority has stated that the land acquisition is done for 57.8455 Ha. and 3G is done for Rs.17,00,69,248/-. In this connection, the Authority is requested to provide the status of availability of hindrance free and vacant access to ROW in terms of the length (available in full width of ROW) of Project highway in accordance with the provisions of clause 3.1{(ti) (a) of the Agreement. 3) The Authority has informed that'the Forest and Wildlife clearance is in progress and the working permission is being pursued with the Forest Department. Kindly inform the status of permission required for felling of trees in the Forest Area, 4) The Authority has informed that itis in the process of obtaining the applicable permit for felling of trees in the non-forest area. As per clause 3.1 (Ili) of the Agreement, the Authority is obligated to provide no less than 90% of the required ROW of the Construction zone of the total length of the Project Highway within a period of 30days from the date of Agreement, which shall be in contiguous stretches of length not less than 5Km. The said 30day period is lapsing on 26.02.2021. Therefore, the Authority is requested to expedite the procurement of land and required permissions. 6) The Authority has informed that the Authority's Engineer is appointed on 12.02.2021. Kindly provide the expected date of mobilization of the Authority Engineer.
