• Vector graphic drawing tool for 3D modeling
• Creating a CAD drawing is a multi-step process
   – Objects are created as a wireframe
   – Wireframe is assigned properties such as mass
   – Wireframe is assigned with a texture that
     resembles a certain type of surface, such as skin,
     hair, bones, or fabric
   – Rendering applies the properties and textures to
     the wireframe
   – Rendering can require a lot of computing power
     and time
