repairs in Panathur-Balagere-Varthur (12°56'09.7"N 77°42'28.1"E) of Bangalore. Due to inadequate
drainage facilities, the area experiences frequent waterlogging, especially during the rainy season, leading
to significant inconvenience for residents and commuters.
The water accumulation not only damages the roads but also poses serious health hazards, with
the potential for waterborne diseases. The condition of the roads has deteriorated significantly, causing

We have often approached the Assistant Engineer (AE) and other BBMP engineers with our
concerns, but we are repeatedly told that there are no available funds for these repairs. This situation has
persisted for quite some time, and it is disheartening that basic civic infrastructure remains unaddressed
due to financial constraints.
We kindly request your esteemed office to:
1. Allocate the necessary funds and take immediate steps to install or repair drainage systems in
the affected areas.
2. Ensure timely repair and maintenance of the roads to prevent further deterioration.

infrastructure in our locality.
