Sub: Request for renovation of the Qr. No D 1/2 at Design Colony , Badagada, BBSR
Ref: Memo No 694 dated 05.02.2025 of Addl. Chief Engineer, Central Irrigation Circle,
Bhubaneswar.
Sir,
In inviting a kind reference to the subject cited above, it is to inform you that I was
allotted Qr. No D 1/2 at Design Colony , Badagada , Bhubneswar vide memo under reference
which I occupied on 12.02.2025. Currently this quarter is not in a habitable condition.
Hence following repair / renovation work of the said quarter may be carried out. –
 All wall cracks, dents, holes, flakes, or any structural damage should be repaired using
cement plaster.
 Put waterproof putty throughout all the wall and ceiling.
 Colouring of whole allotted quarter including all shelves and all balcony by weather
coat waterproof wall painting.
 Drawing Rooms tiles to be replaced by white colour tiles.
 Rolling bars are to be provided for all windows and doors to put screen and one in hall
for partition of drawing and dining.
 Replacement of latrin pans, mirror and bathroom tiles should be replaced with light
blue color tiles.
 Seepage issue if any may kindly be checked and resolved.
 Fitting of Mosquito nets in the window
 Checking of electric and water supply connections
 All wooden racks of the cupboard may be replaced with concrete shelf.
 All doors may be polished and painted
 Balcony may be closed with metal frame from outside.
 False ceiling of Master Bedroom.
In view of the above , I would like to request you to kindly do the needful to get these
necessary work done early & obliged.
