2874, dated 22nd January 2025, newly allotted Govt. Quarter in favour of
me.
Therefore, I request you to kindly take necessary steps for following
repairing and replacement works of Quarter Type 2RA (F) - 13/8 in Unit-IX
Area.
1. Installation of floor tiles in rooms, kitchen and toilet.
2. White washing and distempering of inside wall of the quarter.
3. Colour paint of windows doors, walls and iron grill.
4. Fixing of steel sink in the kitchen room.
5. Fixing of kitchen tazas slider.
6. Repairing of Ceilings which have been almost damaged.
7. Repairing of door and windows with it accessories for all rooms.

2874, dated 22nd January, 2025, newly allotted Govt. Quarters in favour of
me, so requires the following works -
1. Repairing and replacement of under wiring connection.
2. Installation of new electric board and Replacement of old electric
board points and its accessories.
3. Installation of new LED bulbs and its points.
4. Installation of connection and regulator for ceiling fan and exhaust
fan.
5. Connection of electricity from meter and check and repair all electric
points whether, it is worked or not.
Hence, I request you to kindly take immediate necessary steps for
above repair work for which act of your kindness and I shall remain
grateful to you.

2874, dated 22.01.2025, newly allotted Govt. Quarters in favour of me, so
requires the following maintenance works-
1. Repair of which is in damaged state.
2. Installation of wall and floor tiles.
3. Installations of new water taps.
4. Installation of steel sinks in kitchen with new one.
5. Installation of new mirror, wash basin and repairing of it’s out let.
6. Cleaning of Water Tank.
7. Replacement of flush with new one.
8. Installation of new latrine sheet (Indian).
9. Installation of washing machine inlet and outlet point
10. Installation water taps for kitchen.
