A complaint has been received from the caretaker of the visiting building regarding maintenance
work required in the visiting apartments. In this regard, undersigned, along with an electrician and
plumber, inspected the necessary work. During the inspection, it was found that the geyser in
Apartment No. 01 is completely rusted and beyond repair, requiring a new geyser of the same
capacity. while, some LED bulbs are fused and need replacement in different rooms. The details of

It is reported that the main circuit of the mess 01 fridge is fused. In this regard, a fridge technician removed the
circuit and send it to Karachi for repairs. However, after inspection, it was noted that the circuit is not repairable
and needs to be replaced. After discussing the issue with director administration, it was suggested to purchase
a new circuit for the fridge. The said work has been carried out on an emergency basis. The detail of said work
