Subject: Request for Maintenance and Improvement of Amenities at A42 &
A43
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention several pressing issues concerning
the maintenance and upkeep of amenities at buildings A42 and A43. These
concerns are affecting the quality of life for the residents and pose potential
risks that need immediate attention.
1. Elevator Maintenance: The elevators in both A42 and A43 have been
malfunctioning frequently. They often break down or become
unresponsive, which is particularly inconvenient for elderly and
disabled residents. Regular maintenance and prompt repairs are
essential to ensure their smooth operation.
2. Cleaning and Sanitation: The cleanliness of the premises has been
inconsistent. Regular cleaning schedules need to be enforced more
rigorously to maintain hygiene standards and to ensure that all
common areas are properly sanitized.
3. Slab Leakages: There are ongoing issues with slab leakages in several
units. These leaks not only cause damage to the property but also create
a conducive environment for mold growth. Timely repairs and
preventive measures are crucial to address this problem.
4. Monkey and Dog Menace: The presence of monkeys and stray dogs
has become a significant issue. These animals are causing disturbances
and can potentially be a safety hazard. A strategic plan to manage and
mitigate their presence would greatly enhance resident safety and
comfort.
5. Electric Main Board Maintenance: The electric main boards need
maintenance. There have been occasional power surges and outages
which may be related to issues with the main boards. Ensuring their
proper functioning is critical for the safety and reliability of the electrical
system.
6. Canopy for Open Paddock Area: To protect the electric main board
area from rainwater ingress, it is necessary to install a canopy over the
open paddock area. This will help prevent potential damage to electrical
installations and reduce maintenance issues related to rainwater
exposure.
7. Rainwater Seepage Through Walls: There is significant rainwater
seepage through the walls in various parts of the buildings. This
problem not only damages the structural integrity but also affects the
living conditions. Effective sealing and waterproofing solutions need to
be applied.
I kindly request that the management address these issues at the earliest
to improve the living conditions and ensure the safety of all residents. I am
confident that with prompt action, these matters can be resolved effectively.
Please let me know if there is any additional information required or if I
can be of assistance in coordinating the necessary maintenance work.
Please make a note that, I am very punctual in paying my maintenance
dues upto date.
Thank you for your attention to these urgent matters. I look forward to your
prompt response and action.
Yours sincerely,
Dr. A.V. Prasanna Kumar
