STATUS:
AASHRITA AGRO ENGINEERING WORKS is a Proprietor firm and registered
under District Industries Centre as MSME unit on and the Registered Office at H. No.25-
43, R R Peta, Nuzivid, Eluru Dist - 521201.
OBJECT:
The main object of the Firm is to manufacturing of Agro machinery and Tractor trollies,
profellers, Loading Buckets, Tractor Cage Wheels, Tractor Leveling Blade, Dozer Level
Blade, 9 Tynes Rigid Cultivators, Water Tanks and agricultural machines and
accessories..
PROMOTER
Sri Vellanki Prabu Neelesh S/o. V. Satyanarayana aged about 36 years, studied ITI Fitter
and having 15 years of experience in the field of manufacture and servicing of
Proclainers and agro and earth equipments..
MANAGEMENT
The unit will be managed by the promotor, supported by technical and marketing
personnel for the production and marketing of the product.
LAND AND BUILDING:
The firm will apply for land 1500 Sq. Mtrs.(Plot No. 31/23) at Model Industrial Park at
Mallavalli which was sanctioned by the APIIC for implementing the Fabrication of Agro
Products and earth moving equipments.
PLANT AND MACHINERY:
It is proposed to equip the factory with all the plant and machinery required to
manufacturing of Agro machinery and Tractor trollies, profellers, Loading Buckets,
Tractor Cage Wheels, Tractor Leveling Blade, Dozer Level Blade, 9 Tynes Rigid
Cultivators, Water Tanks and agricultural machines. This requires 5 Ton EOT Crane
with suitable hoist, ARC Welding Machines, Mig Welding, Sharing and Bending
Machine, Drilling Machine, Air Compressor, Band Saw Cutting Machines and Hand
operated Machines and tools.
PRODUCTS:
It is proposed to manufacture of Agro machinery and Tractor trollies, profellers, Loading
Buckets, Tractor Cage Wheels, Tractor Leveling Blade, Dozer Level Blade, 9 Tynes
Rigid Cultivators, Water Tanks and agricultural machines etc.
TECHNOLOGIES:
The Promoter have enough experience and expertise to carry out the business of the
above products.
RAW MATERIALS:
Raw materials for MS Sheets in the form of sheets and MS Channels, Angles, Tubes and
Rods in the form of lengths each length 10 to 20 ft. Currently these materials are
procured from Hyderabad and Vizag and Vijayawada from distributors of Tata Steel,
Jindal and others. Welding Rods, Mig wire and consumable items are procured from
Hyderabad and local market of Vijayawada.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS:
After receiving of orders from customers, preparation of drawings and detailing of items
and procuring the materials from established resources and welding rods of best quality.
After receiving the materials cutting, shearing, bending and assembling and welding and
conducting the inspection, buffering and painting of the equipment the same will be
dispatched to customer.
LOCATION
Model Industrial Park is a developing stage for Industrial Infrastructure like Power
supply, Underground water and Internal roads. Mallavalli is well connected, well
established city Vijayawada which is having very good transport facilities by Air, Rail,
Road with the rest of India. There is no problem for employees transport as local
transport system is good.
This company located area can cater the requirement of Tractor Trollyes and loading
buckets, tractor leveling blades are very important roll in infra projects, road works and
new construction works.

POWER SUPPLY
The unit requires 40 HP of power connection for operating the proposed 5 Ton Capacity
of Crane, Hydraulic Shearing/Bending Machine, Welding Machine and 10HP 3 Phase
Motors for winding Machines and. An amount of Rs.5 lacks has been estimated for
obtaining the power connection from APSPDCL and to fix the required electrical
equipment and other related works for installing the Electrical Equipment.
PROMOTER SHARE;
Out of the total required funds of Rs.59.64 lakhs, an amount of Rs.79.42 lakhs will be
contributed by promoters/partners of the firm.
MARKETING:
Since the promoter are in the line of activity for past 15 years and the Proprietor Mr. V.
Prabhu Neelesh has got very rich experience for manufacture of Earth Movers and
Loader Buckets with innovative technology to suit the customers requirement. With
Pramoter reputation in the market the firm is able to procure the orders in the local, Tamil
Nadu and Telangana market throughout the year.
