Panorama is not just a three-day inter-school fest but a culmination of months of dedication and efforts by our
students and teachers. It provides a platform for students pan India to express themselves, explore their

In the past 16 years it has brought out the best talent and celebrated it on its stage.

Panorama, the most awaited student led interschool fest is a vibrant celebration of

talent hosted by Delhi Public School Kalyanpur. This vibrant celebration offers a diverse

spectrum of opportunities, catering to every interest. From captivating literary contests

that ignite minds to heart- pounding sports competitions that keep participants at the

edge of their seats, Panorama is a whirlwind of excitement. With a dynamic blend of

technology, culture, sports, and literature, this extravaganza promises to rekindle your

adrenaline rush and leave you with unforgettable memories. it’s not just a fest it’s a

journey through a world of engaging and enriching experiences that inspire, entertain

and unite the participants.

GUIDELINES

Schools participating in PANORAMA 2024 should select a maximum of 15 students from classes
IX to XII for their delegation. Please note that this count excludes participants in MUN and
online events.

Each participating team must be accompanied by one teacher in charge.

All events will follow the schedule provided in the brochure. Please ensure your participants
arrive at the event venue at least 5 minutes before their scheduled time.

It is not mandatory for the school teams to participate in every category. However, participation
in all the events of a particular category must be ensured in order to compete for the category
trophy.

As multiple events run simultaneously on the same day, it's wise to plan your schedule
accordingly.

Schools are cordially invited to partake in an extensive range of events, which includes online
events as well, according to their preferences and capabilities.

To maintain a fair and respectful environment, all participating schools must adhere strictly to
the rules and guidelines speci ied for each event. Non-compliance may result in
disquali ication.

We'll promptly announce the results for the irst round on the same day, with the inal results
unveiled during the grand Valedictory Ceremony.

For the safety and organization of participants, kindly note that they should not leave the school
premises without obtaining permission from their respective teacher in charge.

PANORAMA 2024 offers a diverse array of events spanning eleven distinctive categories,
providing ample opportunities to excel.

No registration fee is applicable. All participants should be dressed in their school uniforms
and carry their school identi ication cards.

Should the need arise to replace a participant, please notify the host school well in advance.
If you have any queries regarding any of the events, our dedicated Helpdesk is at
your service to provide assistance before each event commences.

PERCEPTION
PALETTE

This category focuses on the creative and intellectual exploration of psychological concepts through various
events, blending artistic expression, cognitive challenges, and insightful interpretation of emotions and mythology.

INTELLECT INFERNO

Rules:
1. Participants must be in proper school uniform.
2. The competition will have three elimination rounds.
“Mind Quest Showdown”
A questionnaire round ( BASED ON CLASS XI PSYCHOLOGY SYLLABUS OF CBSE/ ICSE BOARD)
The top six scorers will qualify for Round 2. Others will be eliminated.

Abstract Reasoning Test Time Limit - 15 min


Four participants will advance. based on their scores . Two will be eliminated.

Motor dexterity and cognitive ability test Time limit :15 min
The top three participants will be selected based on dif icultly level achieved within the stipulated time.
One will be eliminated.

3. In all three rounds if required, an additional question will be asked to decide elimination

MASK A MOOD

Time Limit- I Hour for creation/ and writing and 1 minute for presentation

1. Participants must be in school uniform.


2. Each team (of 2 participants) will choose an emotion, create a mask representing that emotion, and
write a synopsis on the psychological interpretation of the mask.
3. One participant from each team will wear the mask and the other will present in English the
psychological interpretation of the mask to the judges.
4. Participants must carry the material required for making mask.

1. Theme: Indian mythology


2.Participants must choose a picture from Indian mythology.
3.One of the participant will hold the picture in the hand and the other will speak .
4.The size of the picture should be such that it can be easily held in hand for the duration of the
speech.
5. Participants must speak on both the spiritual aspect and the psychological mood expressed by
the painter. Presentation time is limited to 2 minutes. Warning bell will ring after 1.30 minutes .

Rules
1. Participants have to choose a song from any Hindi movie whose music has been directed by
any one of the above mentioned Music Directors.
2. Participants can sing only on a Karaoke track/Live music is not permitted.
3. The Karaoke track should be in a MP3 format.
4. Participants have to perform in proper school uniform.
5. Negative marking will be done for exceeding the time limit.
6. Participants have to submit their Pendrive at the registration desk on the day of the
competition.The Pendrive must not contain any other content besides the music you require
for the competition.

3. Music must be submitted in the required format ( Mp4 or Mp3 ) by the deadline. Performance

should not exceed the time limit specified in the guidelines (between 3 to 5 minutes). Bollywood

music can be used. Any music containing explicit content should be avoided or edited

appropriately.

4. Costumes should be appropriate for the style of dance. Any kind of props can be used for the

competition. Students are responsible for setting up and removing their props.

5. Participants should exhibit good sportsmanship and respect towards judges, other competitors,

and event members. Misbehaviour can result in disqualification.

6. Students must follow all safety guidelines provided by the competition organizers. Any injury or

health issue must be reported immediately.

TRIBES OF INDIA : A FASHION ODYSSEY

Rules
1. Participants must be from classes IX to XII
2. Participants may choose from one of the given tribes- Hilly Region (Bhutia / Lepcha / Gaddi /
Gujjaras), Desert Region (Rajput / Banjara / Bhil / Meghwal), North-Eastern Region (Bodo /
Karbi / Galo / Adi), Southern Region (Yerava / Kota / Soliga / Kurumba)
3. The competition will showcase traditional attire and accessories of various tribes from across
India on the ramp.
4. The competition will have the following categories:
- Best Designer (Traditional Wear)
- Best Model (Male and Female)
- Best Accessory (Jewelry, Headgear, etc.)
- Best Theme Presentation
5. Competition Rounds :
- Round 1: Theme Presentation (Group or Individual)

state of any one artisan community of India.

(Newspaper Making)
No.of Participants- 01

Rules:
1. Participants will be required to design a 2-4 paged, A4-sized newspaper comprising the
competitions of Panorama 2024.
2. The articles to be written are at the discretion of the participants, given that they are appropriate.
3. Cameras will be permitted for competition-related use only.
4. Participants will also be required to think of a relevant name for their newspaper.
5. Uneven or incompetent graphics for the inal format of the newspaper may result in deduction of
points.
6. Submission of the printed newspaper would be done on the second day.
7. Inappropriate material, photos and language will be penalised.
8. Preparation for this event will be done throughout the three days and the submission will be done
as per the schedule.

Rules:
1. A registration fee of ₹. 2200 is applicable per delegate.

2. No refunds will be issued.

3. Fee includes breakfast, lunch for all conference days and all conference materials.

4. A minimum of eight students are required per school delegation.

CAPTURING THE ESSENCE (ONLINE)

Time Limit: 5 minutes
RULES:
1. The short ilm must depict a social massage.
2. The short ilm must not exceed a duration of 5 minutes.
3. All entries must be original work created by the participants. Plagiarism or using someone else's
content without proper permission will lead to disquali ication.
4. The content of the short ilms should adhere to ethical standards and should not promote hate
speech, discrimination or any form of harm. Profanity and explicit content should be kept to a
minimum, adhering to a general audience standard.
5. Submissions should be in .MP4 format and need to be uploaded on the designated platform,
depending on the event's guidelines. The event's language for dialogues, subtitles and other
textual elements should be speci ied.
6.If a language is not widely understood, subtitles in a commonly known language might be
required.
7. Each school has to upload their video on YouTube under unlisted category. Email ID for sharing

2. In the 2nd round, the selected participants will be given a chance to deliver a two-minute speech

3. Participants can sign up right before the event or through their school.
4.Be prepared and rehearsed for your performance.
5. Treat fellow participants, judges and staff with respect and professionalism.
5. Instruments will not be provided by the school. The participants will be responsible for the safety
of their instruments.
6. The judges' decision will be inal. The focus is on encouragement, growth and celebrating the
diverse talents.

1. Participants will be grouped into teams of 2 members each.
2. Round 1 will be a written quiz wherein 5 teams will be short-listed for the inal round.
3. Throughout the event, all activities and answers should revolve around the Hollywood and
Bollywood theme.
4. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards fellow participants and event organizers.
5. Participants must reach on time to ensure smooth proceedings.
6. Unfair means including using electronic devices, will result in disquali ication.
7. The audience can engage in cheering and support, but no hints or answers should be given.
8. The judges' decision will be inal and binding for all rounds.

RACE TO GLORY
Chairman’s Desk

GULLY CRICKET ( CRICKET)


No. of participants : 4 (3 Boys + 1 Girl (Mandatory))
Rules:
1. Each innings will consist of 3 overs.
2. The tournament will be in a knockout format.
3. Each team will compulsorily play all 3 overs as per the format.
4. In case a team is out before completing the spell of 3 overs, the batsman will continue until all 3
overs are complete.
5. If the batsman hits a six, the batsman would be changed with a penalty of -2 runs.
6. Each team must have a minimum of 4 players.
JACKPOT OVER
*One Jackpot over will be awarded in an inning, each for the batting and bowling team.
JACKPOT OVERRULES
1. Total runs scored by the batting team in a jackpot over will be doubled.
2. Every time the bowling team takes a wicket, it will lead to a deduction of 4 runs (-4) from the
batting team score.
3. The umpire's decision will be inal and binding.

TRIATHLON (RUNNING + CYCLING + SWIMMING)


No. of participants : 1
Time Limit: 45 minutes

(1) Running (2km)


*Participants may run at their own pace and have the option to walk if they are tired.
*Proper running shoes must be worn.
*Chest numbers should be visible throughout the race; else it will result in disquali ication.
*Timing will only stop when the upper body of the participant crosses the inish line.
(2) Cycling-(1Km)
*First 6 people to reach the cycles will proceed with this round.
*Wearing a helmet is compulsory during the cycling segment for safety reasons.

*Competitors may choose any swimming style with which they are comfortable.
*There are no restrictions on standing or taking breaks within the swimming segment.
*Participants are prohibited from receiving any assistance other than that provided by race and
medical of icials. Triathlons are individual tests of itness.
*All competitors must refrain from using foul, harsh, argumentative, or abusive language or
engaging in other unsportsmanlike conduct directed at race of icials, Triathlon of icials,
volunteers, spectators, or fellow athletes.
*All personal equipment and belongings brought onto the court must remain with the athlete
throughout the entire race.

PULL- A- PALOOZA (TUG OF WAR)


No. of participants : 5
Time Limit: 1 hour
Rules:
1. Each team will consist of 5 members.
2. Teams may start on either side of the center marker with the rope's center directly above a
marked line.
3. On the signal, both teams pull the rope in opposite directions, aiming to cross the marked line on
their side.
4. The team that crosses the line irst or pulls their opponents over the line wins.
5. No wrapping the rope around hands and no jerk movements.
6. The winning team is determined by the majority of rounds as per tournament rules.

FOOTBALL MANIA( TENNIS FOOTBALL)


Venue: Football Court
No. of participants : 4 ( 2 boys , 1 girl and 1 reserve (either boy/girl)

Rules:
1. Each team will consist of 4 members. If the participating school is an all Girls school then 3 girls
are required . In case of all Boys school, team will not be able to participate. Football will be used

2. Only sports shoes are allowed , no football boots are allowed.


3. Only one touch will be allowed with legs . Head shots can also be used .
4. Best of three sets which will be based on tennis points .
5. Direct bouncing is allowed. With each set, service changes.

CULINARY DELIGHTS
Theme : Around the world
No. of participants : 2
Time limit: 1 hour 30 minutes
Rules
1) Participants should bring their own items (ingredients/utensils). Pre- cooked items are not
allowed.
2) Participants should prepare a minimum 3 dishes out of which, one should be a beverage, a
savoury and a sweet and present them in a platter.
3) Participants are not allowed to use readymade, tinned, canned or boiled raw materials. ( Kindly
Note - No electronic equipments are allowed)
4) Chopping of vegetables or fruits should be done on the spot (No prior preparation is allowed)
Kindly Note - Participants can bring non-electric equipments like mixer, juicer, grater etc
5) Milk and milk products can be used ( cheese, butter,ghee, curd etc)
▪Items like poha, puffed rice, bread,mayonnaise are also permitted.
6) Participants should display a chart having the following details
a.Name of the participants/school code
b.Ingredients
c. Calorie count
d. Catchy name of their platter
7) One vegetable craft may be done along with the main items. This contains additional points.
8) Participants will be judged based on their knowledge, presentation, creativity, hygiene etc
9) The result of the judge(s) will be inal and binding.

DRAGON'S DEN 3.0


Innovate to Elevate
No. of participants: Team of 3
Time Limit: 5 minutes
RULES:
1. Each participating team must identify a current problem within any industry or sector and
present a product or service that aligns with its idea.
2. The solution/product presented by each team must be original and innovative. Teams are
required to create a Pitch Deck in .ppt format for the competition and mail it on
pano.dragonsden@gmail.com
3. The ppt should include information about funding, implementation of the business plan,
execution, sales revenue and any other relevant information.
4. Teams should adhere to the basic Pitch Deck structure, consisting of 15-20 slides.
5. It is highly recommended that teams use visuals such as graphs, charts, props and models to
enhance their presentations.
6. Submissions of ppt must be made with the subject - Dragons Den * School Name*
7. The dead line for submission is 16 October 2024.
8. Participants will be judged on their presentation and result will be posted online.
9. The top 5 teams will be chosen to present their ideas of line before the judges at the mega event.
10. The presentation time for each team will be limited to 5 minutes (3 minutes for the presentation
and 2 minutes for a Q&A session with the judges)
11. All decisions regarding eligibility and the inal judgement will be at the discretion of the
organizing team and the judges.
12. Please note that the organizing team reserves the right to make changes to the competition
format or rules for any round.฀

ROBOTICS:

Robotics Speci ications:
1. Dimensions of the bot should be 30cm x 30cm x 30cm (length x width x height) excluding the
dragging mechanism.
2. The robot can be controlled by a wireless controller, or wired controller.
3. Maximum weight should not be more than 6Kgs (including battery . However, a tolerance of 5% is
acceptable.)
4. Electrical voltage for the robot must not exceed 24 volts DC at any time.
5. Participants are responsible for bringing their own chargers for battery charging.
6. Robots should not be itted with any kind of arms, cutters, lippers, saws or lifting tools.
7. LEGO kits are not allowed.
8. The use of ire, chemicals or acids is strictly prohibited.
9. The robot should follow the robot speci ications provided. Any deviation will lead to
disquali ication.
GAMEPLAY –
The event will take place in three Rounds
Round 1 – Maze Master Challenge
Round 2 – Robo Race
Final Round – The Ultimate Battle
1) Maze Master Challenge
a)The maze will have varying levels of complexity, providing a dynamic challenge
b) Blocks will be placed strategically within the maze.
c) Each team will have a speci ied time to complete the maze-solving and block-placing task.
d) Points will be awarded based on completion time, accuracy, and successful block placements.
e) Robots must avoid touching the Wall while moving.
f) The robot is required to carry the blocks and precisely place them in corresponding circular drop
sections.
g) Block weight is less than 100 grams

Robo Race
1. Minimum 3 Racing Bots would be playing in each round. Team schedule would be announced before
competition day. If 1 bot is missing in irst round, 2 other bots would be competing in Race. If 2 Bots
are missing, present one bot would be declared winner for that round.
2. Each run will start from the starting point. The operator may abort a run at any time. Each team will
get maximum 3 chance to touch the bot in each round.
3. If an operator touches the robot during a run, the team will start from the previous checkpoint.
4. All bots are expected to cross all hurdles on the track.
5. Each round would have maximum 8 minutes racing time.
The Ultimate Battle:
Rules of Final round will be disclosed at the time of event.

RADIANT-VALORANT (GAMING)

Rules:
1. The irst 16 registered teams would be selected.
2. The event will be held of line.
3. The tournament will follow a single elimination format.
4. Each team can have 5 primary players.
5. All games will be played on the Mumbai servers.
6. 1 Timeout will be allotted to each team.
7. All maps are allowed .
8. Ban/pick order will be followed.. Fixtures: 16-8-4-2-1.
9. Decider round (16-8) on Day-1.
10. Quarter- inals will be on the irst day.
12. Semi- inals and inals will be on second day.
No use of bugs or glitches should be used (else the team will be disquali ied). The players are required
to bring their keyboard and mouse.

Round 1:
The Proving
1. All the members are to be seated as soon as their respective booklets are provided to
them.(Phones and Gadgets are strictly prohibited).
2. The allotted teams get an ample 15 minutes to think , recollect and apply their skills as they
tackle a puzzle never seen before.
3. The paper consists of 25 questions hosting a wide assortment of questions ranging from the
most general of questions to the most minute details.
4. At the end of the irst round, tally decides the top 10 teams to proceed to the next round

Round 2:
Ascension
1. For the second round remaining team will be seated on the stage as they face a barrage of
questions.
2. Each team will be presented with a set of 7 questions.
3. 5 points will be awarded to the team for correct answer. No negative marking shall be done.
4. The twist lies in form of deceit. Out of the 3 questions so asked, the options of 1 question will
intentionally be wrong. The safety of the teams lies in their brains as they igure out the deceit or
face a decrement of 10 points.
5. Top 3 scores from each bout move ahead.
6. Tie breakers will be conducted for same scores.

Round 3:
Duelling
1. 15 mins are allotted to the candidates as they prepare to duel in a battle of brainy proportions.
2. A draw is conducted as respective teams go head to head against a random challenger as they
bombard the other with the questions they had prepared.
3. For each wrong answer, the quizmaster has the right to impose disabilities on the respective
team, ranging from time penalties, negative marking..
4. Furthermore, each team can utter a truth and lie regarding their question and it falls on the
enemy to decipher the wordings of his opponent.
5. The top team from each bout goes for the inale.

Final:
Maverick’s Throne
1. The three teams are placed in each other’s seclusion as the eliminated teams are given a draw and
have to decide to eliminate one team from their midst.
2. The remaining two teams are placed on opposite ends of the arena as the inal battle commences.
3. 10 questions will be asked, 5 for each team, as they are given a time of 50 seconds.
4. However, now for every wrong question, the team faces a time decrement of 5 seconds.
5. If in case, the two teams equalise each other in terms of questions, the time they had remaining is
checked and team with fastest time will be awarded.

TREASURE HUNT
No. of participants : 2 per team

Rules:
1. Participants will be partaking in teams of two.
2. Proper decorum is to be maintained throughout the game.
3. Sabotaging other teams in any way is not allowed. It will lead to disquali ication
4. The team will have to decipher the clues in order to get to the treasure.
5. The inal clue along with the riddle will lead to the treasure.
6. The teams will not be allowed to move out of the school boundaries during the event.
7. Participants may use pen and paper to decipher the clues.
