What is Vacate 2 Rooms?

VR2: Vacate 2 Rooms is a Virtual Reality Escape Room. It is the second part of VR: Vacate the Rooms.
VR: Vacate the Room was the first VR Escape Room game on Steam. It was played and praised by lots of
famous Youtube Stars around the World. It has a ​Very Positive​ Steam User Rating. Which is very rare for VR
games.
The second part has a few things more to offer: More items, more rooms, a deeper story, ...
Before reading the Guide i recommend to finish it without hints. It really is not that hard. And you should
not spoil the fun.
Nevertheless: Here is the Guide.

Playthrough
So to finish the game you need do the following things:

Start Screen
● First, you have to find a bright spot on the floor and enter it
● After watching the Game Logo, the Credits and a switch appears - press it
● An elevator appears behind you - enter it and press the button 2 (for room 2)

Room 2
● After arriving in room 2 - open the fusebox on the wall pick up the orange fuse
● Insert the orange fuse into the correct place in the fusebox (see colored lamp)
● Use the elevator of room 2 and push the “up”-button

● Push the blue book inside the bookcase - a secret compartment will open
● Pick up the green fuse from the secret compartment and insert it into the fuse box
● Pull the golden lamp - a secret compartment will open
● Pick up the blue fuse from the secret compartment and insert it into the fuse box
● Pick up the door key from the secret compartment and unlock the door
● Open the door once (brick wall) and close it again
● Open the door again (cave)
● Get the statue horn from behind the bars
● Insert the horn into the statue head
● Pick up the red fuse from the mouth of the statue and insert it into the fuse box
● Open the door a third time (storeroom)
● Search for a yellow fuse and insert it into the fuse box
● Search the storeroom for the chest key
● Decipher the Numbers in the storeroom for later
● Insert the chest key into the chest and unlock it - Open the lid
● Pick up the purple fuse and insert it into the fuse box
● Enter the correct combination on the colored buttons (hint on fuse box lid)
● Enter the elevator and press 1 (for room 1)

Room 1
● After arriving in room 1 - find the note on the fuse box
● Notice the yellow number symbol similar to the storeroom in room 2 (6)
● Notice the green dots on the sigul (3) on the fireplace
● Get inside the fireplace and find and press the hidden switch
● Grab the trapdoor key behind the picture with the eye on the fireplace shelf
● Open the trapdoor with the key and find red markings (4)
● Find and use the switch behind the clock - a secret door opens in the wall
● Look through the opening in the wall and watch the film
● Notice a blue number in the film (1)
● Notice the difference in one of the fireplaces wood markings and turn that one
● A secret compartment will open
● Take the clock key from the secret compartment
● Open the clockdoor with the key and grab the crank
● Use the crank on the wall to lower the chandelier
● Notice the yellow candles (2)
● Get the pendulum and insert it into the clock
● The hands of both the clock and the clocktower will start turning
● Get back through the fireplace and look out of the window (lower the elevator)
● See the number from the position of the purple hand on the clocktower (5)
● Now you have all numbers needed to enter the code on the color buttons
● Enter the elevator and press E (for Exit)

Exit Room
● Press “Exit Simulation” once to end Vacate the Room
● Press “Exit Simulation” again to end Vacate 2 Rooms
● In the holodeck: Press restart to start again

● Orange Fuse: Inside the fuse box
● Green Fuse: Secret compartment of the bookcase
● Blue Fuse: Secret compartment under the golden lamp
● Red Fuse: Inside the statue head
● Yellow Fuse: On a shelf of the storeroom behind the door
● Purple Fuse: In the treasure chest

Room 1
● No fuses

● Door key: Secret compartment under the golden lamp
● Treasure chest key: On a shelf of the storeroom behind the door
● Statue horn (key): Behind the bars of the cave inside the door

Room 1
● Trapdoor key: On the shelf of the fireplace - behind the red eye picture
● Clock key: Secret compartment in fireplace

Blue - orange - green - red - purple - yellow
