SURETY BOND
Known all men by those present that we (1) Mr./Miss__________________________________ s/d/w of Mr.
_______________________ resident of ____________________________ at present employed as
__________________________and (2) Mr./Miss____________________________________ s/d/w of
_________________resident of ____________________ at present employed as ____________________ (hereinafter
called the Sureties) are firmly bond into the President of Pakistan (hereinafter called the President which expression shall
include has successors in office and assigns in the sum of Rs.1,793,880/- (Rupees one million, seven hundred ninety three
thousands, eight hundred & eighty only) together with interest thereon for such payment to be well and truly made, we
hereby jointly and severally --- ourselves, out heirs, executors, administrators and representatives by these presents scaled
with our seal this _________________ of 2020.
Whereas Ms. Nadia Usman Wife of Shah Nawaz Khan present employed as a temporary/permanent Assistant Auditor
General(PAAS) in the AGP (hereinafter called the Borrower) has been granted by the President a Loan of Rs.1,793,880/-
(Rupees one million, seven hundred ninety three thousands, eight hundred & eighty only) building a house purchase,
monthly installment of Rs.___________________ (Rupees ______________________) each with interest at the rate
from time to time fixed for the purpose by the President.
Now the condition of his obligation is such that if the said borrower shall while employed in the said
a. office duly, and regularly pay or cause to be paid to President the amount of the aforesaid loan by
installment with interest on the whole or such amount as from time to time remain owing on the first day of each
calendar month the payment to be made on the first day of the following month of the draw of advance
b. Untill the said amount Rs.1,793,880/- (Rupees one million, seven hundred ninety three thousands, eight hundred
& eighty only) together with interest thereon shall be fully paid or until the house build, Motor Cycle/Car
Purchased with the said amount has been mortgaged to the President until borrower has been confirmed in his
service , then this bond shall be void, otherwise the same shall be and remain in force, but if the borrower shall die
or become insolvent or at any time cease to be in service of the President , the whole or so much of the said
principal sum of Rs, _____________ (Rupees_________________________________________).
c. As shall then remain unpaid, other within the interest which shall have accrued due to the thereon shall
immediately become due and payable to the President and may be recoverable from the sureties in one
installment as may directed by President by virtue of this bond.
