RATIONALE

A vibrant community thrives on the active participation of its members. It’s not

just about living in the same geographical area, but about sharing a sense of

belonging, contributing to the collective good, and working together to create a better

future. By possessing each program, we are aiming as a whole for this activity to be

fulfilled.

The goal of Parol for EveryJuan will be filled with happiness and success; it

will be completely helpful to every student and organizations because it will lessen

the garbage and will be recycled as a magnificent star. The Gulayan sa Paaralan will

be facilitated by its own respective owners, and through the use of our mind set the

resources in its surroundings will be leveraged and the fruit of hardwork will be

donated to the schools canteen, so that the student will be benefited. In possessing

the third program that aims to provide a physical help in order to devour the improper
waste management inside and outside the classroom, that will truly help the YES-O

organization to foster the development of our own character and fully possess self-

discipline. Another one is the Nurturing Nutrition that objectively wants to devour the

physical concept of malnourished, through this program we can finally contribute to

the physical health of the students which is connected to Gulayan sa Paaralan, one

of our programs that aims to plant a vegetables that will be donated to school’s

canteen. Lastly is the Clean and Green Program, it entails the importance of

participation of the students in cleaning the school’s surroundings.

Fostering this kind of mind set is truly remarkable. As a student it is mandatory

for us not just to learn but to help the community in such ways at a very young age.

Together, we can achieve the ideal community that we are aiming for.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

This program has so many objectives to offer, mainly accountability. If

we thoroughly possess this program inside the school, all individuals will be

accountable for their own behavior, and wrongdoings will be prevented.

1. Encourage learners to be participative and cooperative in giving

public service.

2. Be aware of their action and self-discipline must be demonstrated

3. Students will possess the excellent manner of being an enthusiastic

learner and members of their own respective community.

PROGRAMS

1. Eco-Friendly Parol Making: Promoting Sustainability through Recycled

Materials

2. Student-Led School Gardening: Enhancing Learning and Sustainability

through Gulayan sa Paaralan

3. Clean and Green Initiative: Empowering Grade 12 Learners for a Sustainable

School Environment

4. Promoting Healthy Eating: Nutrition Awareness Program for Grade 12

Learners

5. I SEA Better Environment: Coastal Cleanup Initiative

In conclusion, these community activities will highlight their critical role in

influencing young people's personal and social development. These programs

encourage students to become active members of their communities, creating a

strong sense of social responsibility. Beyond the obvious benefits, these programs

provide kids with important life skills, encourage civic involvement, and convert them

into positive change agents who value diversity and inclusion. These experiences

have a long-term impact, inspiring lifetime political involvement and contributing to

the community's long-term improvement. These projects improve students' education

while also leaving a legacy of social responsibility and advancement for future

generations by cultivating a sense of ownership and pride in their work.

The broad goals established for these initiatives give an unambiguous path for

obtaining these outstanding outcomes. They promote active engagement, skill

development, community togetherness, critical thinking, and personal development,

all of which contribute to well-rounded, socially responsible people. The initiatives

presented provide actual examples of how these goals might be met, functioning as

beacons of hope and success in their communities. In essence, student-led

community activities demonstrate the significant effect that young people can have

on society when given the chance, support, and motivation to drive constructive

change.
