WHAT WE DO ?
At our Coding Club, we specialize in six core areas:
UI/UX, Data Science, Linux, Back-End Development,
Front-End Development, and more. Each of these
departments is managed by a pair of experienced
members who excel in their respective fields. Together,
we continuously improve and expand our expertise to
foster growth and innovation.
MENTORS
Our Coding Club thrives under the expert guidance of Mr. Ashish
Trivedi, the Head of the Department (H.O.D), and Ms.Siddhi
Birwadkar, Assistant Professor. Their vast experience and
knowledge provide us with invaluable insights and direction. Mr.
Trivedi s leadership fosters innovation, while Ms. Birwadkar s
mentorship ensures we stay updated with the latest industry
trends.

HACKATHON PROCESS
Release of Case Submission
Registration
Study
1. Registration: 20 Dec – 27 Dec
Online registration will be open for
individuals or teams consisting of 1 to 4 Elimination
participants.
Upon successful payment, individuals or
teams will receive their respective Group ID
(for teams) or Individual ID via email.
Each person or team can only fill out the
registration form once. For teams, only one
member has to register with all details and
provide a valid email for further updates. Winners
2. Release of Case Study: 28 Dec
Once registered, the case study for the
hackathon will be shared via email.
There will be 2 Case study One for the Java
and python programming and the other
for Web technologies.
Programming Languages to be used :
Java, Python, or Web Technologies.
3. Submission: 7 Jan
Participants must upload their source
code and any additional requirements
(e.g., software or editor details) via the
link shared in the email.
The Link will remain active for the whole
day
4. Elimination: 10 Jan
Elimination will occur if more than 40%
of the submitted source code is found
to be copied.
Participants or teams will be notified of
their elimination or approval via email.
5. Winning Price
The Winners will be Awarded with the prize
pool of 10000* (prize may increase on the
day of event) which will be distributed
among the two teams of the different
domains
CODE OF CONDUCT
🔗Submission:
All requirements, including the source code,
must be submitted by the deadline. Requests
for additional requirements on the day of the
event will not be entertained.
🔗On-Day Event:
Participants need to reach the venue at 9:00 am, no late comers
will be entertained
The event will start from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Students will be
provided Refreshment in the break time.
Internet access will not be provided.
Participants must implement the add-on features on the day of
event.
Participants can only select one domain (i.e Web technology or
Java/python), no changes in technology will be entertained on the
event day.
Participants Have to bring their own laptop on the day of event
there will not be any problem in code execution.
Copying materials or using plagiarized code will lead to
disqualification.
Participants are responsible for any damage caused to college
property.
Any malpractice or misbehavior will result in disqualification.
The decision of judges are final and binding to the participants, No
arguments will be entertained.
