Dear Mr. Reotan,
I am regrettably submitting this letter as a resignation from my position as a Customer
Service Representative for Amazon.com which will take into effect on May 27, 2013. I am
currently not in the best of health and I have been advised that I must change lifestyle and work
schedule in order for me to fully recover from my illness. Unfortunately, the shift period and the
stress to meet the goals worsen the effects of my illness. My family and I have decided that this
would be the best option for me since I am in a delicate situation
Enclosed is a letter from my doctor explaining my medical condition.
I am immensely thankful for everything the company has provided for me during my
stay, and I will always be grateful for all the opportunities I was able to get because of my stay
here. I am deeply sorry for leaving the company under these circumstances.
