FACTIONAL RELATIONS
The following tables are meant
to be used to supplement the
procedures described in the
Five Factions Feuding section of
Sigil & Shadow.
After creating some factions
and mapping them on the star,
roll on the RIVALRY table for
each pair of main rivals to
discover the nature of their
feud.
Then, for each faction, roll on
the EXPLOIT table to
determine what it is their allies
