HISTORY
Ankymara's Enchanted Events was founded in 2003 from a heartfelt desire to

aiming to offer it for 100% of events booked.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT

This document serves as a binding contract. This agreement is entered
into between Ms. Jessel Abata, as the Client, and Mary Ruth Villasur, as the
Event Director. Signed this day, November 21, 2024 (Thursday, 8:00 AM).
The Client agrees to engage the services of the Event Director for the
Research and Innovation Meeting to be held on March 15, 2025, at the Audio-
Visual Room (AVR), Mindoro State University - Calapan City Campus. Both
parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Details:
Event Title: Research and Innovation Meeting
Date: March 15, 2025
Time: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Venue: Audio-Visual Room (AVR), Mindoro State University - Calapan
City Campus
2. Cancellation Policy:
Client Cancellations:
If the Client cancels within two (2) weeks before the event, they will
receive a refund of 20% of the original fee.
If the Client cancels within seven (7) days before the event, they will
receive a refund of 10% of the original fee.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made four (4) days or fewer
before the event.
Planner Cancellations:
If the Event Director cancels, they must either:
o Provide a qualified substitute planner to fulfill the agreement.
o Refund the full fees, minus the costs of non-refundable deposits
already paid.
This agreement is legally binding and ensures both parties commit to
their respective roles and responsibilities for the successful execution of the
event.
