With a total construction area of approximately 18,000㎡, it can accommodate 20,000 people as the first modernized wrestling stadium in Africa. After its completion,
Chinese President Xi Jinping handed over the "Golden Key" of the project to the Presidents of Senegal, which becomes a new symbol of China- Senegal friendship.
The project was awarded the highest medal of honor by the Senegalese government, the first China Construction Engineering Luban Award (Overseas Projects) in
Hunan, gold medal of China Steel Structure.

of the China-aided Princess Margaret Hospital
（多米尼克）玛格丽特公主医院维修扩建项目

The project is one of the landmark projects of the cooperation between China and Dominica,
and is an important livelihood project in Dominica. At present, it is the largest general hospital
with the highest level of medical technology in this country. With a total floor area of 26,300㎡
and 250 beds in total, it was evaluated by PAHO as meeting world-class construction standards
and being the most advanced medical center in the Caribbean.

该项目是中多合作标志性项目之一，是多米尼克重要的民生工程，目前是全国最大、医技水平最高的综合医院。
总建筑面积达26300㎡，总床位增至250床，被泛美卫生组织评价为世界级的建设标准，是加勒比地区最先进的医

The project was praised by Roosevelt Skerrit, Prime Minister of Dominica, as a precious gift
from China to Dominica. The Dominica government renamed it "Sino-Dominican Friendship
Hospital" and it received the Meritorious Award of Honor.

The total construction area of the project reaches 120,000㎡, including the two main
functions of the Grand Theater and the Art Gallery. The Grand Theater is composed of a
main performance hall with 1,800 seats and a multi-functional small theater with 500
seats. The Art Gallery is composed of 9 exhibition halls with an area of 10,000㎡. The
amount of steel used for this steel structure exceeded 22,000t, and the glass curtain wall
area is nearly 70,000㎡.

该项目总建筑面积12万㎡，包括大剧院和艺术馆两大主体功能。
大剧院由1800座的主演出厅和500座的多
功能小剧场组成；
艺术馆由9个展厅组成，展厅面积达1万㎡。

The Iconic Tower (Office and Hotel) Project of the First Phase of （ Malaysia ）Golden Bay Project in Johor
the Zhuhai Shizimen Convention and Exhibition Business Group

The project is a reinforced concrete shear wall structure, with a total construction
area of about 167,000㎡. It consists of a total of five towers with a total building height
of 139m.

During the construction of the project, we adopted advanced local construction methods,
among which the steel bar welded mesh construc tion technology won "Hunan
Provincial Construction Method". And the project won the 2015 "National Safe and
Civilized Demonstration Site and Education and Training Base" Award issued by the
JKKP of Malaysian Industrial Safety Commission.

该项目为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，总建筑面积约16.7万㎡，共5栋塔楼，总建筑高度达139m。

Yunda Binhe Plaza has a total construction area of 260,900㎡. It is an urban complex
integrating high-end high-rise residences, bungalows, and commercials, including a
150m super high-rise apartment.

运达滨河广场项目总建筑面积26.09万㎡，是集合高端高层住宅、洋房、商业于一体的城市综合
体，其中涵盖了1栋150m的超高层公寓。
The project has novel design, advanced technology and fruitful results, with a
total construction area of 102,882.52㎡. The project adopts the EPC general
contracting management model based on the architect's responsibility
system, integrating four major prefabricated building structure systems:
prefabricated concrete, prefabricated steel-concrete, prefabricated all-steel,
and prefabricated wood structures, with an assembly rate of up to 86%.
Buildings A and B of the project are designed as two-star green buildings, and
Building C is designed as three-star green buildings. The proportion of green
building materials used is as high as 76%. Hunan Academy of Building
Research Co., Ltd. professionally and deeply applies BIM technology throughout
the entire project process. Through the application of green building technolo-
gies such as renewable energy supply, passive energy saving, prefabricated
buildings and smart buildings, building energy consumption and carbon
emissions can be greatly reduced.
