It is humbly submitted that in reference to your order No. SO (NC-I)-81/1997. You have placed an order
to join Specialized Health care and medical education department on administrative ground. In regards
to your order please accept my joining to the mentioned department.
Sir, with reference to my orders it is important to inform you that I am the only bread runner of my
home and a single parent to my children. In regards of my circumstances I humbly request you to
arrange my posting in Lahore.

It is submitted that I Zamurrad Khurshid Principal Sir Ganga Ram. With reference to order No. SO (NC-I)-
81/1997, The Secretary Health and Education Department has issued a notification of my transfer
without any profound reason from Sir Ganga Ram hospital to report specialized health care and medical
department on administrative ground.
Sir as the summary of my orders is halted on a miscommunicated plot where I am not even involved at
any ground by correlating these circumstances to my posting I humbly request you that I am a single
parent an only bread runner of my family apart from this I am alone managing and upholding the
responsibilities of my house. In the expanded career of 34 years there is no single event that marks my
dishonesty and disloyalty to my work and to health department.
By highlighting all the above points in your respected presence I request you to retain me to my
respective current charge of Principal Sir Ganga Ram as well as additional charge for the seat of 20 th
grade as a Principal of College of Nursing A.I.M.C. Reason behind the additional charge is my subdue
residence in A.I.M.C colony as I do not own any house.
