Check that the power cable is not damage, crack or leakage from cover of
cable.
2 Power supply Check power cable can be inserted smoothly into connector & AC receptacle.
Check Battery performance and Voltages Ratings. = ____ Volts
Check the cover or parts are not damage and not loose.
Clean all exterior with wet cloth of Soapy water.
Check the holding handle is secured / tightened.
3 Main unit Clean all interior with blower by using PPEs
Check all body covers & internal electronics boards for security & loose
connections.
Inspect all patient cables and leads.
Examine all cable connectors.
Check all cables & accessories can be inserted smoothly into connector.
Verify all Controls & switches proper operation.
Verify all Indicators & display proper illumination and operation.
Verify all parameters & waveform on display by using Patient Simulator.
Check there is no leakage in NIBP cuff.
Verify all Visual and Audio able alarms.
Overall check of the monitor, including the functional safety check.
