Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, PRRD, RWS&S and EFS&T Department desires to conduct
a virtual meeting on 30.12.2024 from 4.00 PM through AP SWAN with regard to “Physical
Assault against Government Employees - Protests and Protection”.
In this connection following officers are requested to attend Video Conference without fail
from the following venues:

The CEOs, ZPP, DPOs, Project Directors, DWMA, SEs, PR & SEs RWS shall ensure all the
mentioned district level officers of PR & RD to attend the Video Conference.
Mandal Parishad Development Officers shall ensure the attendance of EO (PR&RD)s,
Panchayats Secretaries and NREGS field Staff from the concerned Mandal.
All the officers shall join the meeting by 3.30 PM to take their attendance through online.
