Subject: Review of Unjust Termination of Ms. Fizza Tariq's Employment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally address an issue regarding the unjust and illegal


termination of Ms. Fizza, who was employed at PMC and later selected as a Web
Developer (BPS-09) at PMDC on open merit through advertisement. Ms. Fizza began her
two-year contract with PMDC on June 27, 2023. Regrettably, she was terminated from
service on July 30, 2024, due to circumstances that warrant a thorough review.

The situation arose due to a mistake by the Registration Section, which involved
registering an unrecognized qualification. This error was promptly identified and
reported to the Registrar. In response, the Registrar issued warnings to the staff
involved and requested that doctors return their certificates for correction.
Following these instructions, the IT Department, under the Registrar's direction,
removed the erroneous qualification from the website, and the matter was considered
resolved at that point.

However, an inquiry committee was formed months later, and their report (dated
September 18, 2023) inaccurately concluded that Ms. Tariq had deleted the
qualification without proper approval. This overlooks the fact that no action was
taken against those responsible for the initial error and its processing.

Given these circumstances, I respectfully request a review of Ms.Fizza's


termination. It is crucial to address the discrepancies in the inquiry report and
to ensure that appropriate actions are taken against those responsible for the
oversight.
