BDSM Agreement

Term of Agreement
This agreement is valid for a period of 6 months, starting from the date of signature.
The submissive has agreed to the 6-month package for a total payment of €200.
Purpose
This agreement is entered into willingly by both parties to establish the consensual
relationship between the Dominant and the Submissive, outlining roles, duties, and
limits to ensure a safe, respectful, and mutually fulfilling experience.
Roles and Duties
1. Submissive’s Duties:
The submissive agrees to obey and serve the Dominant to the best
of her abilities.
The submissive will perform tasks assigned by the Dominant,
within the limits outlined below.
The submissive shall always maintain loyalty, respect, and honesty
toward the Dominant.
2. Dominant’s Duties:
The Dominant agrees to act responsibly and with respect toward
the submissive.
The Dominant will respect all limits and ensure the safety and
well-being of the submissive during all interactions.
The Dominant shall provide clear communication regarding
expectations and rules.
Limits and Boundaries
Hard Limits (Non-Negotiable):
These are activities that are strictly prohibited and will not be engaged in under any
circumstances. Both parties agree to respect these limits at all times.
Hard limits Include:
Minors and non-sentient animals. Even role play like DD/lg squicks me out.
Race play
Needles
Anything that results in permanant harm, such as nullification or flensing.
Scat and bodily fluids other than blood, cum, and sweat.
Most electrical stimulation.
Anything that would put me on the sex offender registry if I was caught. I used
to be a lot more casual about this, but I've gotten far more conservative about it
as I've gotten older.
Bootblacking. Just no point.
Soft limits:
Temperature play. I'll do it sometimes, if a partner I'm really into enjoys it, but
I'm not into it myself.
Strappado, suspension, and other extreme bondage. I like rope and restraints,
but I also have joint and muscle issues that mean extremes need to be carefully
negotiated with an experienced rigger.
Chemical play.
Feet. I might let someone play with with my feet if I liked them well enough,
but it's not something I'm into.
Breast torture. I rather like having my breasts played with, but letting someone
tie, beat, or bruise them requires a LOT of careful negotiation.
Breath play. I really, really enjoy it but it's also really, really dangerous. I won't
do it with anyone I haven't built up a lot of trust with.
Humiliation. I can sometimes give it, if my partner wants that, but I don't like
receiving it and it will bring a scene to a screeching halt.
Safe Words:
The submissive may use the safe word “Red” to immediately stop any activity.
“Yellow” will indicate that the submissive is approaching her limit and needs a
pause or adjustment.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the nature of
their relationship and any activities that take place.
Termination Clause
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with mutual consent.
In the event of termination, any remaining payment will be refunded on a pro-rata
basis.
Signatures
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and
agreed to the terms of this agreement. Both parties affirm that they are entering
into this agreement of their own free will and consent.
