PROGRAM GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Course Tittle : (DRIVING) NC II


Nominal Duration : 118

1. Provide contextualized delivery of knowledge requirements for


the basic, common and core unit of competency.
2. Provides the learners with knowledge, desirable attitudes and
profitable skills required to perform the competencies in
accordance with the industry standards.
3. Provides the learners with the simulated experiences based on
the requirements stipulated on the Competency-Based
Curriculum.
4. Achieve 95% level of mastery of the learners through
competency based training.
5. Produce graduates with 92% certification rate.
6. Enhance program structure and curriculum of the qualification
based on the analysis of conducted program evaluation.
7. Conduct at least twice every two years.

Instructions:
These learner’s Record Book (LRB) is intended to serve as record of
all accomplishment/task/activity while undergoing training in the
industry. It will eventually become evidence that can be submitted
for portfolio assessment and for whatever purposes it will serve you.
It is therefore important that this contents are viably entered by
both trainees and instructor. The learner’s Record Book contains all
the required competencies in your chosen qualification. All you have
to do is to fill the column “task required” and “date accomplished”
with all the activities in accordance with the training program and to
be taken up in the school and with the guidance of instructor. The
instructor will likewise indicate his/her remarks on the “Instructor
Remarks “ column regarding the outcome of the task accomplished
by the trainee’s . Be sure that the trainee will personally accomplish
the task and confirmed by the instructor. It is of great importance
that the consent should be written legibly on ink. Avoid any
corrections or erasures and maintain cleanliness of this record. This
will be collected by your trainer and submit the same to the
Vocational Instruction Supervisor (VIS) and shall form part of the
permanent trainee’s document on file.
