Description
Fruit juices and junk food are frequently sold at the school canteen, which might have a
detrimental effect on students’ everyday lives. Reduced energy, poor attention,
constipation, and high blood sugar levels can all affect academic performance and
participation in extracurricular activities. It is recommended that fresh, natural handmade
fruit juices, organic chips, homemade sandwiches with lean protein, fresh veggies, and a
nutritious spread like avocado or hummus be used in favor of junk food and sweets in order
to treat this problem. Nuts and yogurts are a great way to replace desserts because they
give you a surge of energy and leave you feeling refreshed. Instead of consuming foods that
are high in sugar content and calories,we can lessen the risks of getting any kind of
sickness by eating and drinking healthy everyday
It Is advised that kids eat more protein and plant-based foods on Wednesday and Thursday
and high-energy foods on Monday and Tuesday to encourage better eating habits. On
Fridays, you can indulge in sugar-mixed treats. This shift may result in better academic and
behavioral outcomes, cleaner schools, and a healthier atmosphere. The school can
enhance the general health and wellbeing of its students by putting these changes into
practice.
