The more you want to live, the more you have to die.
What does this mean?
Allow your old thought patterns, beliefs, and habits die off so that you may be reborn anew.
When you are open to letting your old self die, you are able to consciously create your new,
higher self.
This requires taking extreme ownership of your life, admitting where you were wrong,
challenging your firmly held beliefs, and changing your behavior.
The ego doesn’t like this process. For it’s your ego you’re killing.
Your ego will try desperately to cling on to your former self,
doing everything in its power to keep you stuck.
Arguing, distractions, excuses, blaming, rationalizing…
Your ego is forever the victim.
But what if you stopped fighting?
What if you stopped defending yourself?
What if you loved yourself so much that you were able to let go of yourself?
This is an uncomfortable and challenging journey.
But the alternative is a life of discomfort and challenge.
Both paths will be difficult…
But only one will lead you to life’s ultimate treasure, a life you’re actually in love with.
So choose your hard.
Kill yourself to become your Self.
What part of you do you need to kill first?
