2. The payment of instalment for the current/following month cannot be avoided if the above-mentioned Total Amount is not paid
before 25th of the month. In case the instalments gets paid upon presentation, the excess amount will be refunded through a direct
credit (NEFT) to your repayment account within 15 days of instalment clearance.
3. Cheque / Draft should be drawn in favour of "Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited".
4. Full and Final settlement of loan will be subject to realisation of cheque/draft and payment of all charges that have been accrued till
the date of receipt of payment.
5. Kindly remit the exact amount as per the date of foreclosure letter. Excess payment will not be accepted.
6.For original property documents collection, all property owners/POA holders to be present with original identity cum signature.
7. At the time of making your final payment at any PCHFL branch, please submit a copy of this letter with your signature
8. Incase you wish to have your un-encashed Post Dated/Security Cheques returned to you, please raise a request along with pre-
closure request at PCHFL branch. In case of no request received the same will be cancelled and destroyed.
