8.2.4 A minimum of one pad per lot
shall be tested for bond strength in ac-
cordance with Section 9.2. Fabric rein-
forced pads shall have a minimum bond
strength of 5.2 kN/m (30 lb/in.) and steel
reinforced pads a strength of 7.0 kN/m
(40 lb/in.).
8.2.5 Optional Cold Weather Require-
ment:
