Event Guidelines and Registration Details
1. Event Details
o Event Date: 11 th January 2025
2. Registration Fees
o Registration fee: Rs. 150 per participant (includes event kit, breakfast, and
lunch). 5. Event Schedule
o The schedule will be provided during registration.
o Participants can participate in only one competition.
Payment options: Cash or UPI 6. Judging and Conduct

o The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants.
o Spot registration is available for participants

Note: Fees are non refundable and non transferable.
o Submit the Completed entry form by 8th January 2025.
3. Awards and Recognition
o Winners of the First, Second, and Third ranks will receive a trophy and a
certificate.
o Participation certificates will be awarded to all participants.
o The college with the highest number of competition wins will be awarded a
trophy. In case of a tie, rankings will determine the priority.

4. Participant Requirements
o Participants must bring their college ID card on the event day.
o Each college may send one faculty member as a coordinator for the
participants.
o Ensure that participant names are spelled correctly in the registration form, as
certificates will be issued based on the provided information.
1. AD GURU
“Ideas ki Agnipariksha"

Create a creative advertisement for a given product or service, which includes the brand
name, logo, and punchline.
The product or service will be revealed on the spot.
Teams must consist of a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 5 members.
Teams will have 45 minutes to brainstorm and create their advertisement.
Each team will have 5 minutes to present their advertisement in front of the judges.
The advertisement must be original and not copied from any existing advertisements.
The advertisement can be presented in any language (Hindi, Gujarati, or English).
Any team found violating the rules will be disqualified.
The decision of the judges will be final.
Maximum 2 teams from each college will be allowed to participate for the event.
All the material which can be required for the event (e.g. paper, marker, colors,
highlighter etc.) is to be brought by participants only.
2. Squad Wars - Bgmi
“The Ultimate Gaming Showdown"
3. Reels Making
"Cut. Edit. Conquer"

It is a team event competition. College can send 2 teams for this competition.
Maximum 3 students can take part in a team. However, students can use any number
of volunteers for their reels. (Arrangement for number of volunteers should be done
by team only)
Reel should be made within university premises only.
Team has to bring required materials and accessories for reel making competition.
Duration for Reels can be made up to 90 seconds.
Vertical video is recommended.
Reel should convey the message on topic selected.
Video should be of good resolution and should include clear crisp a udio for voice
overs and music should complement the content.
Once the reel submitted, it will become the property of university and university have
all the rights to use as and when required.
Judge’s decision will be final and abide to everyone.
4. MEHENDI ART
“The Art of Henna"

The Mehendi Competition follows a Traditional theme.


Time allotted for the competition is 1.30 hours.
The mehendi design should be creative and unique.
The design must be applied to one hand up to the elbow, covering the entire
hand.
Participants must bring their own materials, including mehendi cones and
any other required tools.
Mehendi tattoo designs (such as stickers) that mimic tattoos are not eligible
for entry.
The designs will be judged based on creativity, clarity, neatness, precision,
and originality.

5. CYBER HUNT
“Think Fast, Click Smart, Hunt Hard"

This is an individual event where participants will be given an image and


must identify it and find relevant information from the web within 20
minutes.
FY, SY, and TY students from any stream are eligible to participate.
Participants will have 20 minutes to find the image.
Internet access will be provided by the host college.
Evaluation will be based on finding the image at the earliest, keyword used and
mining skills
Each college is allowed to send 2 participants.
The judge’s decision will be final.
6. BATTLE OF C
“Decode, Dominate, Defend!"
7. Karoti Art
“Art on the Floor"

The time limit for the competition is 2 hours.


The theme for the competition is "Festival of India".
Each team must consist of 2 participants.
The Rangoli should be prepared in a 3×3 feet area.
Participants are required to bring their own materials for the competition.
The Rangoli design can be either free-hand or a creative drawing.
Food grains, vegetables , or any other edible items cannot be used to create
or decorate the Rangoli.
Participants can use innovative tools, such as ear buds, bangles, plastic bags,
etc., for making the Rangoli.
The use of readymade motifs, mobile phones , or Rangoli pictures is not
allowed during the competition.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants and
institutions.
Each college can send a maximum of 2 teams to participate in the competition.
8. SHAPES AND SHADES
“Let’s Get Creative!"

A drawing sheet of A3 size will be provided by the college.


This will be an individual competition.
Participants will have 1.5 hours to complete their poster.
Participants must bring their own materials such as pencils, pens, crayons,
watercolors, markers, oil pastels, etc.
The use of mobile phones or any other digital devices is strictly prohibited
during the competition.
Posters will be evaluated based on creativity , relevance to the theme ,
originality, and overall presentation.
Participants must submit their posters within the given time limit.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
9. TALK MASTER
“The Stage is Yours!"

Each college is allowed to send two students to participate.


The competition will be conducted in English, Hindi, or Gujarati only.
Participants will have a maximum of 5 minutes to present their idea on the
given topic.
After 4 minutes, a reminder bell will ring, and the participant must conclude
their presentation within the next 1 minute.
Evaluation will be based on various parameters including content body,
language, vocabulary, and topic presentation skills.
The judge’s decision will be final and binding.

10. BRAIN BRAWL
“Brain Battle!"

The quiz will be based on General Knowledge from various fields of study.
Each college can send up to two teams , with each team consisting of three
participants.
In case of a higher number of teams, an elimination round will be conducted
to select the teams for further rounds.
The winners of the elimination round will be eligible to participate in the
subsequent rounds.
The competition will include various rounds such as General Awareness ,
Brain Twisters, and Audio & Visual rounds.
All participants must adhere to the spirit of fair play during the competition. In
case of any disputes or arguments, the quiz master’s decision will be final and
binding.
