TECHTOPHIA - PAPER PRESENTATION


Venue: Tech tower & ECE seminar hall
Timing: 10:00 a.m to 01:00 p.m
Registration fee: Rs. 100 per head
Members: Maximum 3
Theme: Open Tech Topics
Either it can be a
- Paper Presentation (or)
- Project Presentation (or)
- Start-up ideas Presentation
Topic for Internship (CLAPs):
- Strategies for Emerging Rural Brands to Compete with Established Urban Brands
- How Can Rural Brands Grow and Successfully Market Their Products in the Face
of Urban Brand Competition?
Rules:
- Teams must submit their presentation in both .pdf and .pptx formats to
techtophiacse@gmail.com by 10:30 a.m on October 23, 2024.
- Each team will have 5 minutes to present, followed by a 2 minutes Q&A session. -
Team members may be from different colleges or teams.
Points to be noted:
1. Venue allocation will be done on a first come, first served basis during
registration, with three venues available.
2. Online registrations will be given priority for venue selection.
3. The management is not responsible for any technical issues during the
presentation.
4. Projectors and screens will be checked to ensure they are in perfect working
condition before the event.

HIRE WIRE: APTITUDE & CODING


Venue: Tech Tower
Timing: 10:00 a.m to 11:45 a.m
Registration fee: Rs. 50 per head
Members: Maximum 2 members
Rules:
Round 1: Prompt Run (Duration: 15 minutes only)
- You’ll be given a list of words, and your task is to make the AI say the exact word
using a clever prompt.
- You cannot directly mention or spell the word in your prompt.
- Points are awarded if the AI says the correct word within the time limit.
- Be creative in guiding the AI to naturally say the word.
Round 2: Written Quiz (30 Questions)
- Total of 30 questions on a hard copy will be given.
- 25 questions: 5 each from Arithmetic, Logical, Verbal, and Nonverbal reasoning.
- 5 questions on code analysis from Java, C, and Python.
- No access to systems or electronic devices. Top 15 participants qualify for the next
round.
Round 3: Coding (40 Minutes)
- 6 problems on Sorting, Array manipulation, Searching, Pattern, and String will be
given.
- No internet access during the round.
- Participants who solve any 3 problems first will be announced as winners, and
based on the time taken, runner-ups will be chosen.

BRAIN BLITZ: (TECHNICAL QUIZ)


Venue: EEE seminar hall
Timing: 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm
Registration fee: Rs.50 per head
Members: Maximum 2 members
Brain Blitz will comprise 3 distinct rounds, with participants being evaluated at the
conclusion of each round.
Ground rules:
- A team can have a maximum of 2 members, Individual participation is also allowed.
- Each team should have a team name.
Disclaimer: Any instance of malpractice will result in immediate disqualification of
the team. We expect all participants to cooperate fully to ensure the smooth conduct
of the event.
Qualifier Round: (20 secs for each question)
- Out of all participating teams, 15 will qualify for the semifinal.
- This online round consists of 20 questions.
- Participants must ensure they have a smartphone with a stable internet connection.
- Qualification is based on the time taken to complete the questions.
Semifinal Round: (10 minutes)
- The 15 qualified teams will receive a question paper with 12 questions.
- The top 5 teams will advance to the Finale based on the least time taken to
complete the questions.
Finale Round: (10 minutes)
- The 5 finalist teams will receive a question paper with 10 questions.
- Negative marking will apply for incorrect answers.
- Winners will be determined by total points scored.

SITE STYLING: (WEB DESIGNING)


Venue: Technology Tower
Timing: 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM
Registration fee: Rs. 50/ per head
Members: Maximum 2 members
Winners of Site Styling can get an internship opportunity from our sponsors CLAPS
and SAI ANJALI EVENTS based on the quality and satisfaction of your work
Rules & Regulations: (Duration 1 hour)
- Students can participate either individually or as a team.
- The event duration will be approximately 1 hour.
- Participants must bring their own portable personal computers.
- Each team is allowed to have one laptop and one mobile phone (for internet
connectivity).
Note:
- Participants will be provided with a design template.
- Each team must complete their design within the given time.
- Teams are free to use any tech stack.
- Teams are allowed to use AI tools, GitHub, Stack Overflow, CodePen, ChatGPT, etc.
- Judgement criteria will be based on the features which match with the given design
template (Problem Statement).
NON - TECHNICAL EVENTS

RAW DELIGHTS: (COOKING WITHOUT FIRE)


Venue: MBA Seminar Hall
Timing: 12:30 to 1:30 PM
Registration fee: ₹100 (1 member), ₹150 (2 members), ₹200 (3 members)
Members: Maximum 3 members
Rules: (Duration 1 hour)
- Bring your own vessels, tools, and non-electric equipment.
- Arrive 10 minutes early.
- 45 minutes preparation time; no pre-chopped, pre-boiled, or precooked food.
- No heating allowed; all chopping must be done on-spot.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness before and after.
Judging criteria:
- taste, hygiene, presentation, creativity, and cleanliness of the stalls is considered.
- Exceeding the time limit may result in disqualification.

ART FUSION - TALENT SHOW


Venue: MBA Seminar Hall
Timing: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Registration Fee: ₹50 per head
Theme: Topics based on current trends will be provided on the spot.
Painting (Duration: 1 hour)
Rules:
1. Individual Participation
2. Bring your own tools (pencils, crayons, watercolors, etc.).
3. Only use the provided A3 sheet, no pre-made sketches.
4. References allowed (images, phones, books).
5. Offensive or in-appropriate imagery is forbidden.
6. No late submissions. Judging criteria: Creativity, Neatness, Color Use
Mehndi (Duration: 1 hour)
Rules:
1. Individual Participation
2. Apply mehndi freehand, no stencils.
3. Use only natural mehndi cones, no artificial colors or glitter. Judging criteria:
Creativity, Neatness, Completion
Poster Making (Duration: 1 hour)
Rules:
1. Maximum of 3 members
2. Create one poster on A3 sheet (provided) within the time.
3. Hatred speech or controversial content or explicit images are highly restricted.
Judging criteria: Creativity, Free-hand inputs, Presentation
NOTE: Violation of rules will lead to disqualification

PICTONET - CONNECTION
Venue: MBA Seminar Hall
Timing: 2:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.
Registration fee: ₹50 per member
Members: Up to 4 members per team
Ground Rules:
1. Each team is allowed to use only one mobile phone.
2. Switching tabs during the event is not permitted.
Round 1:
1. 15 questions
2. Each slide will be displayed for 15 seconds
3. Answers must be submitted through a Google Form, which will be shared at the
start of the round. Responses will be evaluated immediately upon submission.
Round 2:
1. 15 questions with increasing difficulty
2. Evaluation follows the same process as Round 1
Judging criteria:
1. After Round 1, half the teams will be eliminated
2. In Round 2, the top three teams will be rewarded
3. In the case of a tie, teams will answer a tie-breaker question. The team to respond
first within the time limit will win.
Do’s:
1. Submit answers on time
2. Arrive at the venue punctually
Don’ts:
1. No discussion with other teams
2. No extra time will be given

FLASH CLASH - (MEMORY GAME)


Venue: EEE Seminar Hall
Timing: 2:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Registration fee: ₹50 per member
Members: 2 members per team
Round 1: Word Recall
1. Each team consists of 2 members.
2. Display a list of 8 words on a screen or paper.
3. Teams have 10 seconds to memorize the words.
4. After 10 seconds, stop the display; one person should recite the list of words in
the exact order.
5. Taking more than 2 seconds to recite the consecutive words results in
disqualification.
6. The team that correctly lists the words in order within the time limit wins.
Round 2: Image Recognition
1. Both teams will view a set of images for a limited time.
2. Team members take turns naming items seen in the images.
3. Each team has 2 seconds to respond during their turn.
4. Repeating words or naming something not in the images leads to disqualification.
5. Team with the most points will win the match.

PIECE MAKER - JIGSAW PUZZLE


Venue: Main Block Drawing room 2nd floor.
Timing: 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Registration fee: ₹50 per member
Members: 2 members (1 squad)
Rules:
1. Each participant/team will be given a jigsaw puzzle set.
2. You have 30 minutes to complete the puzzle.
3. The participant/team that finishes the puzzle first within the time limit will be
declared the winner.
4. If no one finishes within 30 minutes, the participant/team with the most correctly
placed pieces wins.
5. No external assistance or tools allowed.
6. Participants must remain at their station throughout the game.
7. Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification.

CREATIVE CUTS
Venue: Online
Timing: 10:30 a.m. - 03:00 p.m.
Registration fee: ₹50 per member
Individual Participation
Internship Theme
- Visual Communication students who use CLAPS beverages as Content will be
provided with an internship from CLAPs based on the quality and satisfaction of
your work

Photography Rules:
- Pictures should be taken only inside college premises on the day of event.
- Only smartphone allowed
- Submit as JPEG/PNG format
- Basic editing permitted (no heavy manipulation)
- No explicit images allowed
- No trespassing inside college premises
REELS Rules:
- Exactly 1 minute (60 seconds)
- Clear audio quality
- Original content only
- Appropriate for all audiences
- Post on Instagram with hashtag #Eloquence24 and tag @eloquence__24
Judging Criteria:
- Anonymous voting between participants through WhatsApp poll
- Video/photograph with highest vote is declared as winner
- Self voting is strictly restricted
Disclaimer: If the voting process encounters any issues or ties, winners will be
selected by the event handlers without any bias.

BOOYAH! - FREE FIRE


Venue: EEE classroom
Timing: 12:00 p.m. - 01:30 p.m.
Registration fee: ₹50 per member
Members: 4 members (1 squad)
Rules:
- Only squad matches
- player minimum level 15 above
- No internet will be provided, check your internet connectivity
