ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Working in EICHER MOTORS LTD. Pithampur as a Design consultant in
Engineering Department (Technical Services) since 1 Jan. 06 to 1 Jun 07.
1) Making the New developments and design in the trolleys of various assemblies
in the Production engineering department of EICHER MOTORS.
2) Making the new design drawings in the material handling equipment in
Chassis line & other area in the Production Engineering Department of EICHER
MOTORS.
3) Making the New developments and design in the JIGS & FIXTURES of various
assemblies in the Production engineering department of EICHER MOTORS.
4) For designing the Truck accessories of Eicher like Grill, bezel Head Lamp,
Bonnet, and made the different Type of Option to compensate design.
5) Also known as PRO INTRALINK.
At present working in VE Commercial Vehicle Ltd. DEWAS. as a Assistant Manager in
D&D Department since 1 Jun 07 to till.

New Product Development
Complete process and tool design for new products is the major Responsibility with
some of following Activities –
-Identification of processes required for the Manufacturing of part and to develop
Process flow.
- Making selection of Machinery, Tools, Fixtures, Gauges required and raising
Purchase request.
-To co-ordinate with purchase department for procurement of tools, fixtures, Gauges
Etc. for new development.
- To co-ordinate with development team and Manufacturing for all development
activities Including prototype development up to hand over to production of new
part to meet time plan targets.
-Process review after development.
-To implement and maintain the requirements of ISO/TS16949 system such as APQP
& PPAP documentations.
- Process improvements for regular parts
-Technical support to vendors and tool purchase department for procurement of tools
and fixtures for regular parts
-Updating engineering changes.
- Co-ordination with production and maintenance for installation and productionisation
of new machines as design of new fixtures and /or adoption of existing fixtures and
accessories.
Project Responsibilities: Currently I am working in 3 major projects Like
Caterpillar, Volvo & ZF.
Designing & manufacturing of jigs, fixtures & cutting tools, including design and
reviews, recommending design modifications based on workers requirements.
Technically upgrading the tools, jigs & fixtures as per feedback of shop and
implementing the process control.
Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if
any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and
documenting the same
Analyzing the problem & troubleshooting tools, also identifying scope for
modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, power,
etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced

Degree in Mechanical engineering from Govt. Engineering. College, Ujjain in Dec 2005
H.S.C from Govt. Boys High School ,Gogava (Khargone)in May 1999
