Club Membership (Compulsory)(CMC) : Rs. 50/- per sq.ft.
LPG Gas pipe line charges(Compulsory)(LPGC) : Rs.20000/-
Prices mentioned above are escalation free
The company would pay charges to the allottee @ Rs. 10/- per sq. ft. per
month of the Super Area of the Apartment for any delay attributable to
the inability of the Company in the handing over possession of the
apartment beyond the committed date clearly specified in the sale
agreement. Similarly, the customer would also pay holding charges @Rs.
10/- per sq. ft. per month of the Super Area of the Apartment in case the
customer fails to take possession within the time period as mentioned in
the notice of possession..
One reserved car parking along with each apartment is compulsory.
Choice of parking subject to availability
The intending allotted is not entitled for any substitution in his/her
place .Further incase of substitution first substitution would involve
administrate charges of rs. 50/- per sqft and after that for any further
substitution it would attract administrate charges of Rs. 100/- per sqft .

Price
The rebate for early payment shall be subject to
change from time to time and is presently 12% on

Stamp duty & Registration charges shall be
