1. Price are firm and escalation free.

7. The Registration Charges, Stamp duty, legal documentation charges and any other govt. levies, demand, charges, statutory

8. Other Charges such as Common Area Maintenance Charges, Club Usage Charges, Electricity, Legal Charges, Water &
11 On IPS & Stone Flooring of unit 7.50% Sewerage Connection Charges, Additional Power back up Charges, IGL Connection Charges, FTTH Charges will be decided
