Charges
a) Booking advance - 20% of total cost including Amenites shall be payable within 21 days from the date of booking.
b) Balance amount of 80% of the total cost payable as per work progress given in the Payment Schedule, separately attached along with the Booking
Application Form.

c) Registration after receipt of 100% amount including Amenities, taxes and all other charges as applicable
d) We accept payments from purchasers by way of A/c Payee Cheques/DDs/Pay Orders to be drawn in favour of "APARNA CONSTRUCTIONS AND
ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED".
e) Charges for realization of out station cheques will be charged to and shall be debited & recovered from the purchaser's account.
a) Cancellation of Booking attracts 10% cancellation charges on total cost of the apartment(Including Amenities) + TDS amount paid to the Government.
b) Refund of Advance paid shall be after finding an alternative buyer/customer for the said booking and such refund is subject to deduction of
cancellation charges on total cost of the apartment and the TDS amount paid to the Central Government.
c) The Purchaser/s agrees to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) + GST + TDS remitted/paid to Government shall be adjusted as

transfer charges towards the transfer of his/her/their rights or interests on the apartment within the family member/s i.e., Father, Mother, Son & Daughter
Conditions (if not married). Transfer requests in the name of cousin, in-laws, friends and/or to any other/s shall be treated as transfer of rights and interests to other
than family members; and such transfers shall attract Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) + GST + TDS remitted/paid to Government as transfer
charges payable to the Developer
d) Other terms and conditions applicable as per the Booking Application form and Agreement of Sale.
