1. Client Side (Frontend)
Client side wo hissa hota hai jo user dekhta aur use karta hai. Is mein shamil
hain:
Home Page:
Ye website ka pehla page hota hai jahan par aap categories, promotions, aur
featured products dikha sakte hain.
Product Listing Page:
Ek specific category ya filter ke tehat products ki poori list dikhai jaati hai.
Product Detail Page:
Kisi specific product ki details, price, available stock, reviews, aur "Add to
Cart" ka button hota hai.
Cart Page:
User apni shopping list dekh sakta hai, quantity change kar sakta hai, aur checkout
kar sakta hai.
Checkout Page:
Jab user apna order finalize karna chahta hai, yahan wo apna address, payment
details daalta hai, aur order place karta hai.
2. Admin Side (Backend)
Admin side wo hissa hota hai jo website ke owner ya admin manage karta hai. Is mein
shamil hain:
Product Management:
Admin products ko add, update, ya delete kar sakta hai. Har product ki details,
price, images, stock quantity, aur shipping details set karna hota hai.
Order Management:
Admin ko customer ke orders ka pata chalta hai. Wo order ko process karta hai,
shipment details update karta hai, aur delivery confirm karta hai.
Inventory Management:
Products ki stock quantity ko manage karna hota hai. Jab ek product sale hota hai,
to wo quantity decrease ho jati hai.
Customer Management:
Admin customer ke details dekh sakta hai, unka order history, aur unke feedback ko
analyze kar sakta hai.
Reports & Analytics:
Sales, revenue, aur user activity ke reports generate ki jaati hain taake business
ko analyze kiya ja sake.
3. Stock & Delivery
Stock aur delivery system ko achi tarah se manage karna bohot zaroori hai:
Stock Management:
Jab bhi ek product sale hota hai, to uski quantity ko decrease karna hota hai. Agar
stock zero ho jata hai to wo product "out of stock" ho jata hai aur customer usay
purchase nahi kar sakta.
Order Fulfillment (Delivery):
Jab customer order place karta hai, admin ko order fulfill karna hota hai. Ismein
packaging, shipment ka selection (carrier service jaise TCS, DHL, etc.), aur
delivery address verification shamil hoti hai.
Shipping Tracking:
Jab order ship ho jata hai, to customer ko tracking number diya jata hai taake wo
apne parcel ki location track kar sake.
Return & Refund Policy:
Agar customer ko product pasand nahi aata ya koi issue hota hai, to admin ko return
aur refund ka process handle karna padta hai.
4. Payment Gateway Integration
Payment gateway integration ka matlab hai ke aap apni website pe payment system
integrate karte hain, jaise ke:
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Bank Transfers
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Third-party Payment Systems (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
Jab customer checkout karta hai, to payment gateway secure transaction provide
karta hai.
5. Customer Service & Feedback
Customer support bhi bohot zaroori hai. Aap customer ko:
Email & Phone Support:
Agar unhe kisi issue ya question ka jawab chahiye to aap support provide karte
hain.
Live Chat:
Real-time assistance dena jisme customer chat ke zariye apni problems solve kar
sakta hai.
Reviews & Ratings:
Products pe reviews aur ratings ka system hota hai, jisme customers apne

Customer Visit: Customer website par visit karta hai aur products browse karta hai.
Add to Cart: Jab customer ko koi product pasand aata hai, wo usay cart mein add
karta hai.
Checkout: Customer apne order ko review karta hai, shipping details daalta hai, aur
payment karta hai.
Order Processed: Admin ko order milta hai, aur wo shipment ka process start karta
