TAYABAS WESTERN ACADEMY

Founded 1928 I Recognized by the Government I Candelaria,

Quezon 4323

To whom it may concern,

Greetings!

On 13th of May 2024, a medium sized writing on the whiteboard in the computer laboratory, 2 nd floor
was brought to the attention of the TWA computer laboratory staff. This narrative report details the
incident of the writings on the whiteboard.

At approximately 7:30 in the morning, it was observed that someone had used a permanent marker to
write on the whiteboard in TWA computer laboratory. The writing consisted of single medium sized
writing. This action was in violation of the established guidelines for whiteboard usage, as permanent
markers are not permitted for writing on whiteboards.

A thorough investigation was conducted to determine the cause of the whiteboard’s problem concern. It
was discovered that there have already markings on the whiteboard even before class started this
morning. Additionally, it appeared that college students who took classes in the fast few days (Friday
and Saturday) were been suspect of this concern.

I hope you understand this concern.

Thank you!
