BONA FIDE CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that the project titled "To investigate the relation
between the ratio of input and output voltage and number of turns of
a self made
transformer" has been undertaken by group B as part pf the physics
investigatory project for class XII, under the supervision of Dr. Rajashree
Mohapatra. The experiment was conducted at DU PUBLIC SCHOOL
and the findings, conclusions
and recommendations presented in this report are the result of
original work done by the group members.
We hereby declare that the work presented in this project is authentic
and has been executed as part of our academic curriculum.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Rajashree

Mohapatra, whose invaluable guidance, constant
support, and insightful
feedback have been instrumental in the successful
completion of this project. Their expertise and
encouragement have greatly enriched our learning
experience.
We are also profoundly thankful to DU PUBLIC SCHOOL
for providing us with the necessary resources and a
conducive
environment to carry out this investigation. This project
would not have been possible without the institution's
support.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our families and
friends for their unwavering encouragement and
assistance during the course of this project. Their
motivation and belief in our abilities have been a source
of strength throughout this journey.
Finally, we are grateful to all those who directly or indirectly
contributed to the successful realization of this
endeavor. This project has been a remarkable learning
experience, and we owe its success to their collective
efforts.
GROUP INTRODUCTION
We, Group B, consist of five students working together to determine the refractive index of
various fluids using a hollow prism. Our combined efforts have been crucial in the success of
this project.

Smruti Swarup: Leading the group, Smruti has focused on the theoretical aspects and
cal cu la t io ns .

Chandrakant Jena: Chandrakant contributed to setting up and executing the experiment.

Jagdish Prasad Mohanty : Jagdish has been responsible for accurate data collection and
a na ly si s.
Sandeep Kumar Jena : Sandeep helped optimize the experimental process and ensure reliable
results.
Amit Kumar Biswal : Amit organized the documentation and presentation of our findings.

Together, we aim to deepen our understanding of optical phenomena and present our findings
effectively through this project.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
