I, CHUKWUD1 ONYEJEKWE, male, Christian, Nigerian and a Legal Practitioner resident
at no 1 Chukwudi Onyejekwe Close Off Tobor Drive New Redeem, Bonsaac, Asaba, make
this Oath/ Affirmation and states as follows:'
l. T hat I am the Deponent and lives �t no 1 Chukwudi Onyejekwe Close off Tobor
Drive New Redeem, Bonsaac, Asaba, Delta state of Nigeria.
2. T hat I am a Legal Practitioner and the sole proprietor of AD INFINITUM LAW
FIRM with office address at Block CI0 Mmadubuobi Plaza, Opposite Kia Motor,
Asaba/Benin Express Way, Asaba Delta State of Nigeria.
3. That I am a native of Aguleri in Anambra State of Nigeria.
4. That I owns the underlisted properties jointly with my spouse to wit;
a.) A five bedroom duplex and three bedroom Bungalow at No. 11 Awande Chamber Street,
Ugwunadegbe Layout Aguleri Anambra State of Nigeria.
b.) Three attached Duplex and one detached Duplex at Okolosi Layout 3, Block 26 Plot 351
Umuezeafadia Family Land, Tobor Drive Bonsaac, Asaba Delta State of Nigeria.
c.) Half acre of land at U gbolu Layout Delta State of Nigeria,
d.) fish pond in Aguleri Anambra state of Nigeria.
e) 20 hectares of rice farm in Aguleri, Anambra State of Nigeria.
f.) Three cars to with 1 toyota corolla and 2 RS lexus Jeep
5. That I operate a current account number 1211908372 with the name AD INFINITUM
LAW FIRM domiciled in Zenith Bank Plc wherein money accruing to me from my
legal practice, properties rents, farm produce sales and other royalties are paid into.
6. T hat i gave consent to my spouse UJUNWA LINDA ONYEJEKWE to travel to UK and
spend her vacation/Annual Leave period there and is funding part the expenses.
7. T hat I have six children with my my spouse Mrs. Ujunwa Linda Onyejekwe
and they will be with me in Nigeria duringher absence.
8. That I depose to this affidavit not to breach UK Immigration law during my spouse
absence or visit to UK.
