SPORTS

Running, jumping and throwing a ball are

important activities for children because they must
do sport to be healthy. According to doctors, they
must do sport for about an hour every day. But
only 25% of school students do this.
In Australia, there is a special programme to help
young students do sport. It’s called the Active
After-school Communities programme (AASC).
Students can go to AASC centres around the
country and do sport in the afternoons. The
students can dance, swim, play basketball, and
tennis.
Students in some remote areas don’t live near a
football pitch or tennis courts and they can’t play
these sports, but there is a solution for them. They
learn sport at home by the Internet. Using the
Internet, the students can learn the sports and the
teachers see and talk to them.

El verbo principal siempre va a ir en infinitivo, sin
to ni -s ni -ing ni nada, CON TODAS LAS
PERSONAS, siempre igual.
Sujeto + MODAL + verbo principal.
I can swim (Yo puedo nadar). He can run (Él puede
correr)
MODAL VERBS

acción del verbo principal.
