Greetings of peace!
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request permission to
conduct a faculty meeting for the Senior High School Department on December
16, 2024, at 3:00 in the afternoon. The meeting is aimed to discuss important
departmental matters, such as year-end party of the Senior High School
Department, despedida of Ma’am Edna Montebon and Sir Randy
Bertulfo, welcome party of Sir Joel Saavedra and election of Senior High
School officers for S.Y 2024 - 2025 which will require input and consensus
from selected faculty members.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to exchange ideas, clarify
departmental goals, and address any issues that may need attention. I believe
this will greatly contribute to the effective functioning of our department and
ensure we continue to meet our objectives.
