Your Role & Responsibilities
The role will be focused on one of the following areas: Analyst Relations, Sourcing Advisory Relations or
Customer Advisory Board. Detailed R&R for each area is below:
1) Analyst Relations
• Develop strategic insights for senior leaders using secondary research
• Respond to Request for Information (RFI) from analyst firms by collecting internal data from
various sources and simplifying them
• Identify and liaise with key influencers from firms like Gartner, Forrester and IDC
• Thought leadership and Content generation for integrated multi-channel marketing
campaigns
• Articulate company strategy and propositions for ATL and BTL campaigns
• Leverage Digital Marketing for omnichannel interaction with influencers
• Run new product / service / geo launch targeting the influencer community
• Promote HCLTech on various reviews platforms like Gartner Peer Insights, Trust Radius
• Help improve HCLTech scores and quality of reviews to enable HCL being short-listed in
deals
2) Sourcing Advisory Relations
• Strategic Support to manage activities related to reports/analysis for Management
• Strategic marketing activities around Global Sourcing Advisory Channel
• Maintenance and management of digital entities
• Cross-coordination within team and other teams to refresh content across all digital platforms
• Responsible for conducting research and writing content on a regular basis for any on-going
global advisory activities
• Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
• Handle the task of editing and proof reading content before uploading it across digital
footprints of global advisory practice in concurrence with SA team
• Vendor management, Contract management & similar as part of Enabling support
• People management for close coordination on particular advisory activities with or for internal
teams
3) Customer Advisory Board
• End-to-end program management of Client advisory board and its post meeting subordinate
activities
• Understand/Track market insights and movements to contribute to a strong agenda and
session discussions
• Critical thinking for enhancing value to customers
• Building insights from the CAB meetings and sub-sessions for internal leader consumption
• Align with company marketing and business goals to align CAB objectives
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
• MBA/PGDM with minimum 60% across academics (10th, 12th, UG and last semester of PG).
• Relevant work experience would be added advantage.
Desired Qualifications
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to priorities and deliver to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
