Job description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will
play a crucial role in driving membership sales, promoting our services, and delivering exceptional customer
service to our clients.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: 3.5L to 6L Annual CTC
Performance Incentives: 2% to 3% of monthly sales target achieved

Responsibilities:
1. Membership Sales: Proactively promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients through various
channels, including phone calls, emails, in-person tours, and community outreach events.
2. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients, providing
personalized guidance and assistance to help them achieve their fitness goals.
3. Lead Generation: Generate leads through strategic outreach, networking, and referrals, continually expanding
our client base and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
4. Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating a resultsdriven
approach and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our gym facilities, services, classes, and
promotions, effectively communicating their value and benefits to potential clients.
6. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, address inquiries,
overcome objections, and ultimately close sales.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts, promotional
campaigns, and marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or related field.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for health and fitness.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
