Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional (RIASEC). Each personality type aligns
with specific work environments and job roles that best match an individual's natural
preferences and strengths.
The Holland Code test identifies six personality types, each representing different
interests and work environments. Here’s a brief overview of each:
Realistic (R): People here like to indulge in practical, hands-on activities. They are
physically active and prefer working with tools, machines, or outdoors. Eg, engineers,
mechanics, etc.

Investigative (I): people in this category indulge in analytical, intellectual, curious work.
they enjoy solving problems and prefer working with ideas and concepts. Eg, doctors,
researchers, etc.

Artistic (A): here, people are creative, expressive, original, and prefer working in
unstructured environments, enjoy activities involving art, music, writing, or design. Eg,
Artists, writers, musicians, graphic designers, architects.

Social (S): individuals here are helpful, empathetic, cooperative, enjoy working with
people, and prefer roles that involve teaching, counseling, or providing service. Eg,
Teachers, counselors, social workers, etc.

Enterprising (E): here, the individuals are persuasive, energetic, ambitious, enjoy
leading and managing others, and prefer roles that involve selling, influencing, or
business management. Eg, Business executives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, and real
estate agents.

Conventional (C): individuals here are organized, detail-oriented, practical, prefer

working with data and systems, and enjoy structure and routine. Eg, Accountants,
administrative assistants, data analysts, bankers, office managers.

In this practical, the test is done to evaluate the respondent's dominant personality traits
and their corresponding career paths. The results provide insights into potential career
choices that align with the individual's inherent interests.
