Tournament Start on: 20-01-2025
Terms & Conditions:-
01. Each Team will have to play with 9 players and 2 substitute players are allowed. Participating teams have
to send group photo with 11 Players and Identity proof of all 11 members to the organizers before
18.01.2025. After 18.01.2025 no team will be allowed to change players.
02. If one player played with one team, he will not be allowed to play from other team. Player playing from
any team will not be allowed as extra fielder to any other team.
03. Players of the teams should be from the IT Department, SAI and JLN Stadium no outsiders will be allowed.
04. Match will start at 1:30 PM. Each team has to report to the ground by 1:15 PM. Teams not reporting in
time will be disqualified and there their opponents will get a bye.
05. The tournament will be played with Vicky ball (Tennis). The teams are advised to bring their own bat.
06. League matches will be of 8 overs and there is a limit of 2 Overs per bowler. Final Match of the tournament
will be of 10 Overs and over limit will be 3+3+2+2.
07. 2 players will be allowed outside the circle in first 3 overs and Maximum 5 players will be allowed outside
the circle in remaining overs.
08. There will be no LBWs. However, Leg byes will be permitted as long as the Batsman has attempted for a
shot.
09. The decision of Umpire will be final & no objection will be entertained against the Umpire’s decision.
10. Final will be played between top two teams of the league and in case teams are having equal points then
the team with more Net Run Rate will play final.
11. All Tournament rules are subject to change by the Tournament organizers.
12. Entry fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Note:
* Man of the Tournament will be awarded with pleasant reward decided by the organizer’s Team.
* Man of the Match will be awarded with the Medal in every match.
* Most Runs getter and Most Wickets taker will be awarded to Rs. 151/- Cash prize
* Hitting 4 Sixes in a row will be awarded Rs. 51/- Cash prize.
* Hatrick bowler will be awarded Rs. 51/- Cash prize.
