Dear Madam,
Subject: Muhammad Amaan Khalil class 1
I take this opportunity to thank the school for the extra time and effort that teachers and staff are
dedicating in order to accommodate Aman in the best way possible.
I am writing because over the initial weeks we have noticed that Amaan is having difficulty in coping
with the long schooling hours, which at home, are followed by Quran classes and homework session
with mama, and can sometimes lead to both physical and mental fatigue, untimely naps and sleepless
nights.
I do belief that he could be performing much better if some relaxation is given over less relevant
subjects, such as urdu and music, i.e. allowing early leave where these are taught during late school
hours.
As discussed during our initial interactions, we would like to keep our focus on participation and learning
rather than achievement, with particular attention to Maths, English and G.K.
Additionally, Amaan is moving back to U.K. for next session, where subjects will be different.
For all above reasons and taking into account class 1 timetable, it is our humble request to allow him
early leave on following 3 days, while attending full time on Thursdays and Fridays
        Monday - leave at 13:25
        Tuesday – leave at 11:40
        Wednesday – leave at 11:40
Kindly let us know whether the school would be happy to consider the above, or indeed any other
proposal that teacher may have.
Thanking you
With kind regards,
Mrs. Nadia Khalil
