major center for Negros Island's agro-fishery resources. As a result of fulfilling customer demands as
well as exporting dried fish to other places, our city is actually known as the dried fish capital of Negros
Occidental.

Why Uga is famous and it exports to other places?

Simple,Uga can create endless delicious options because it effortlessly blends into different dishes. You
can grill it, fry it,or use it as a tasty addition to soups.

So in this video we will gonna show you a new dish using Uga. We called it 'Sweet and Sour Uga'
