MILLIONAIRE’S CHEESECAKE ̶ Pour the cheesecake filling over the

prepared crust in the springform


pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
̶ Place the cheesecake in the
refrigerator to chill until set.

MAKE THE CHOCOLATE LAYER:


̶ Melt the chopped dark chocolate
̶ Once the cheesecake has set, pour
the melted dark chocolate over the
top and spread it evenly.
INGREDIENTS
o Crushed Graham
o Butter
ADD TOPPINGS:
o All-Purpose Cream
̶ Sprinkle chopped walnuts or flaky
o Philadelphia Cream Cheese
salt on top of the chocolate layer for
o Dulce de Leche
added texture and flavor.
o Dark Chocolate

CHILL AGAIN:
INSTRUCTIONS ̶ Return the cheesecake to the
refrigerator for an additional 30
PREPARE THE CRUST: minutes to set the chocolate layer.
̶ In a mixing bowl, combine the
crushed graham crackers and
melted butter until well combined.
̶ Press the mixture firmly into the
bottom pan/tin to form an even
layer. Use the back of a measuring
cup or your fingers to smooth it out.
̶ Place the crust in the refrigerator to
set while you prepare the filling.

MAKE THE CHEESECAKE FILLING:


̶ In a large mixing bowl, beat the
softened cream cheese until smooth
and creamy using an electric mixer.
̶ Gradually add the dulce de leche
while continuing to mix until fully
incorporated.
̶ In another bowl, whip the all-
purpose cream until soft peaks form.
̶ Gently fold the whipped cream into
the cream cheese mixture until fully
combined and smooth.
