Okay now that we got that all out of the way, lets get onto the fun stuff!
Head/Body: The head and body of the alien
are worked as one piece, starting from the top
of the alien's head and working down. Make
sure that you take the time to stuff the bottom of
the head and the neck area well so that his little
head stays up!

F/O leaving a tail for sewing. Stuff foot
Attaching Legs:
● Legs are attached
between R 5 & 11 from the
bottom of the alien. Pin legs
in place before attaching to
ensure that your alien will sit
(his little booty will lift off the
table a little bit, this is okay)
● I like to tilt my feet
inwards a little before
attaching

Arms: Make 2
R 1: 5sc into Mc (5)
R 2: (inc) x5 (10)
R 3-9: sc ( 10sc in each round for a total of 7 rounds)
R 10: Lightly stuff arms, fold flat and sc across the top (5)
F/O leaving a tail for sewing.

Attaching Arms:
● Arms are attached between R 3 & 8 from the
NECK.
● Arms are aligned with the feet and slightly tilted
at a downward angle.
Felt Eyes:
● Eye placement is all up to you. My felt eyes cover from R 13- R 19 and are glued
at an inward angle so that the bottom of the eyes are closer together (see
template).
● Cut out the picture to create the eyes. You will need to trace the template and cut
it out on felt. For my alien, each eye is about 2 inches in width (using parfait
chunky)
● You can get really creative and funky with your eyes! I love adding planets and
stars and just giving my little guy spunk and personality!

Your little Alien is done! Now time to pick what he’s holding!
- Once you have created what he is holding, I use the main body color of the alien
to sew his little gift onto his arms. I pin it in place where I would like to have it and
sew it into place. I normally start sewing around about R2 & R3 of the arms, but
everyone is different so this is just a suggestion
