*Add eyes between round 19-20 and about 3 stitches
apart. Be sure to find the tail from round 11 so that
you do not place the eyes on that same side. Be
careful to center the eyes with the feet and then the
tail in the back.

* Depending on the yarn used you may need to add
more stitches so that you can close the kitty head
from one side to the next without starting in the
middle. Add 3 or more sc stitches continuing the
previous round. See 2nd and 3rd picture above.
Close Kitty Head:
Be sure that your kitty is nice and round by placing
stuffing inside and stretching out the body to be
filled completely. Do not over stuff at the top. The
ears will naturally point up when you push down the
center after closing.
-Close by weaving in and out of the back loops.
Secure and fasten off.

Add Feet: x4
Hook: 9mm
*Start by attaching the yarn body color to one
of the open holes. Attach by chaining 1 first.
Rnd 1: 9 sc [9]
*Color change to white (optional)
Rnd 2: 9 sc [9]
*Add stuffing.
*Close by weaving in and out of the back loops. Secure
and fasten off.
*Repeat for all 4 legs.
Add Tail:
Hook: 9mm
*Start by attaching the yarn body color to the
open hole in the back (from round 11) Attach by
chaining 1 first.
Rnd 1: 7 sc
Rnd 2-12: 7 sc
*Add stuffing after 2 or 3 rounds. Repeat this as
you go.
*Color change (optional)
Rnd 13-17: 7 sc
*Add stuffing after 2 or 3 rounds. Repeat this as
you go.
Leave a 14-16 in. yarn tail.
*Close by weaving in and out of the back loops. Now
place the tail so that it lays nicely to the side of the cat.
Weave the yarn tail in and out of the tail and body to
secure it to the kitty. The tail should remain curled to
the side of the body.

Add Details:
Using 20-24 in. of black yarn add the

Add Bow: *Optional
Hook: 8 mm
Row 1: Ch. 8
Row 2: 7 hdc, ch. 1, turn
Row 3: 7 hdc, ch. 1. turn
Row 4: 7 hdc
*Leave a 12-14 in.l tail. *Sew in the shorter tail to
the middle and f/o. Next,with the other longer tail
weave it into the middle then wrap it around 4-5
times to create a bow.
Attach The Bow:
Begin by attaching to kitty body
by weaving through the bow
and the body. I like the look
of it diagonally near the ear.
